Looks like it is destined for me to attend this derby. Look at this shit:

Fri 22-Feb
Sat 23-Feb
Sun 24-Feb
Mon 25-Feb
Tue 26-Feb

In my state (Kuwait), Fridays and Saturdays are official weekend holidays. 25th and 26th of February are national holidays (independence and liberation days). 24th of February is automatically an official holiday since the days before and after it are official holidays.

Therefore, I have a pre-arranged official holiday all lined up from 22th to 26th of February!

Thanks. :p

And yes we should definitely go together. Let's stay aware of this event and start preparing as early as possible (airplane tickets, hotel reservations, stadium tickets etc etc). Feel free to contact me anytime you like when you want to start preparing for the trip in the upcoming months.

The most important thing is to book the stadium tickets once they start selling them (don't know when exactly though I have to do some research about everything).

I definitely prefer getting the tickets in the most official and direct way. It's much safer like this. I don't want to travel all the way there and pay a big amount of money so they tell me that there's something wrong with my ticket.

I would absolutely love to come but being a poor, University student, who is trying to learn the value of financial prudence (i.e. being cheap as fuck) I can't.. Maybe if I lived in Europe..
It's a shame Nyall but I understand.

Fantastic Adnan!

...

To give a few pointers about the tickets. Like I've mentioned in my original message, the tickets is the most difficult task in this case, unless you have someone or can find someone from Milano who can help you out. The match is usually sold out days after the tickets go on sale. That rules out the possibility of buying ticket the day of the match(as it happens in all other cases, aside Juve game as well unless there are restrictions) or the day before. And buying through the ticket sites is possible, but they charge ridiculous amounts of money for the ticket, like 1000 Euros I think are usually the prices for the second ring, sides.

So people who will consider this must understand the situation and make their own mind. Maybe Alesandro can say how he got his derby tickets.

cheers

Eh I might be in for this, dependent on money/time/where I even live in Feb XD There's a couple of jobs in Milano I'm looking at, so who knows, might even be living there again by then. All I can say is I'll try to make it :)

Now this looks like a tricky situation. When do they usually start selling the tickets? this can affect the way to the buy the tickets (online or by a friend in Milano).

They usually start selling somewhere a week before the match, and usually the tickets are sold very quickly, in a matter of a day/few days.

As for buying tickets online, I wouldn't count on that to be honest.

The 2 solutions that I see are:
1) Find somebody in milano, who can buy the tickets when they go on sale
2) Bite the bullet and pay 100-150 Euros a ticket from someone outside of the stadium in a day, or 2 days before the game

cheers

I will probably spend the upcoming Eid vacation (24-Oct to 30-Oct) in Como Lake. I will attend Inter-Partizan and Bologna-Inter (assuming that I successfully arrive to Bologna from Como on time without losing my way).

While I'm at it, I will check on the best way to buy the derby tickets for February.

Hi guys.

Just to update for the people who are considering making this trip.

Me and my friend just ordered plane tickets for 23-25th of february. So just like I've said, we'll deffinetly be there. As for the other interisti from Poland who might come along, they will still wait a while, but once things will get moving I will keep you posted as well as the place where we'll be staying.

cheers

I can help you...it's Inter-Milan so no need to a Siamo Noi Card...but there's a problem...to buy the ticket is required a copy of identity card or driver license at least for who live in Italy...i don't know how works for foreigners...Plus, without a Siamo Noi card it's very difficult to find cheap tickets...for example, two years ago I did want see the derby without Siamo Noi Card...the sell started at 11 am, so at 10.55 I was the first in row...This is what happened to me

I: "A ticket for the derby, second ring green"
TS: "Sorry, that's finished"
I:" 5000 tickets finished in 30 seconds? "
TS: "Yeah, I have only first ring red"
I: "How much is it?"
TS: "150 euros"
I: ":derp:"

However with my Siamo Noi card I can buy even 3-4 tickets for others, obviously with identity cards, so I can help someone if I can

I'll ask to Banca Popolare di Milano how works with foreigner

My friend watched the first Derby this season. I asked him to get his hotel concierge to buy the ticket and he said it only costs him around 50 Euros per seat and it was a damn good one. How did he do it, only God knows.
