I'm kicking around the idea of going to Seattle. I might hope we qualify for the KOs and go to a match closer to home, though. We'll see what flights cost.

My brother loves Seattle. I would probably like Seattle if I could afford to live there. Tickets are going to be obnoxiously priced though so I feel like kicking Inter out west is just helping save me from bad impulses.

It's nice if you can get used to the smell of weed downtown

Alright, I decided to go to Seattle for the game on June 21. Tickets go on sale tomorrow. If anyone else plans on going, hit me up. We can try and coordinate a mini FIF section.

I just painstakingly mapped out this whole thing, and while plane tickets almost certainly will tell me to say "fuck it" towards going all the way to Seattle, I'm seeing that if Inter win their group and then win their R16 game, their quarterfinal round game would be in Orlando. Ticket prices...well, whatever they end up being, I have no idea, but at least there's that.

Too bad they aren't in Group G. The Group G winner would play both their R16 and QF round games in Orlando. There's also a Group G group stage game there as well (Man City/Juventus).

There's a Benfica/Auckland City game scheduled for high noon, in Orlando, on June 20. That City/Juventus game is on the 26th at 3:00pm. I think FIFA actually wants to see people die.

I just sent an email to inter.it
Let's see if they respond. I would really like a code to sit with other interistas. I intend to wear my inter gear and don't want trouble with the Monterey fans, as they will be the majority in the rose bowl. The Seattle games don't matter much. Much less likely to get stabbed there...lol

Don't know what the prize money would be for Inter, but to give some idea of how lucrative this tournament appears to be.

Real Madrid will earn €100M if they win the Club World Cup.

This isn't good for my "fuck the CWC" campaign.

Is the prize tiered? So pretty much a super league run by FIFA?

I don't understand why it has to be like that. Hopefully the shittiest team wins CWC.
