ya dont read anymore kellosamuel

tbh, confirming onana, frattesi, scamacca, gosens, is a pretty fucking epic window in my mind already, and then we see what happens in the summer (e.g. Dybala? Kessie?)
I just think we needed new signings now along with the summer

Kessie, Dybala? Isnt it contradictory with Suning commitment to reducing 50-75% Inter payroll?

Not the player we need. If we have already signed Frattesi then we should go after a creative midfielder who can challenge Hakan. If he can also play in Brozovic position it would be an added bonus. Nandez makes no sense now.

Frattesi is a creative midfielder. Well maybe not creative, but definitely an attacking midfielder. I have been watching Sassuolo recently and will pay more attention over the next few months. Frattesi is in a similar mold as Barella, though better with his shooting, and worse in defense or covering for others. The latter is the tactical development he needs, and it'll be interesting how he shapes up for that.

Having 2 of Barella, Calhanoglu, Frattesi always starting is enough attacking potential in the midfield. The rest has to come from wingbacks or forwards, which is where Dybala would be perfect for us.

Back to midfield, what we would need is more solidity and an able backup. Nandez could come in there. With the wages that Brozovic, Barella, Calhanoglu will be on, surely the next midfielder we sign would be for depth and more cover. Nandez fits the bill perfectly, after Frattesi who will be the first backup.

Looks pretty strong to me. Luckily they are so behind us this season that I am not worried for this season. They are a bigger threat to Atalanta, Napoli and Milan.

I guess I’m the only one who could still see them push for the Scudetto? I mean it would be a long shot but I still think they have a chance. The confidence boost this window will give them if they get a couple of good results in the next few weeks could push them to have a stellar second half of the season.

We have Milan, Napoli, and Sassuolo next (you know Scamacca, Frattesi, Berardi and Raspadori are going off), if we don’t get results and they do I think this is a four way race.

We have 11 + 3 points more than Juve... We would need to massively fuck up in order for them to catch us.
Even if we lose next 3 games, we would still be ahead (kind of). That is massive.
If they would catch us, it would be a shame for Inzaghi.

Interesting stat about Vlahovic is that he has only scored 4 headers in Serie A out of 40+ goals. For a big guy 1.90+cm ( and 80M€ expensive) thats a pretty strangely weak number.

But Im not shitting on the guy. The mentality Vlahovic has outshines all his weak spots. Lukaku was similar. Scored only 6 headers for us. Also left foot was killer.

Would be fun if Verona and Tudor can put the breaks on Allegri with a ultra defensive tactic on the weekend. That would completely kill their newfound momentum after mercato.

Juve? They have to win every remaining match of the season and they'd only get 87 points. We're currently on track for 91.5, if we keep up our current average.

I'd be so bold to say.. if we beat Juve in our remaining match in the league agianst them, they're out of the league title.

I feel like heading is kind of a forgotten art. Players these days focus on playing with the feet way more so in that way you get CFs who are probably a bit more technical. However not many players these days can score headers from almost anywhere like Crespo did for example.

I disagree. Frattesi certainly isn't an attacking midfielder. He's a box to box who can carry the ball, can make forward runs and has a decent end product but he isn't a creator. And that's what we need. Another playmaker who could come from the bench. Basically a fit Sensi or Rafinha. We can see it when Hakan or Brozovic are having an off game and our midfield is struggling to create chances.

Juve would have struggled to get to top4 without this mercato. That's why Agnelli and co did it, they had legitimate fear they fuck up this season. Would have been a catastrophe for the club.

Title chances? Fuck that guys. Really. There is no chance.

How is Nandez better than Dumfries??? Denzel has 3 g 5a in half the season, picking up huge form lately, getting accustumed to calcio. Nandez attributes are nowhere near Dumfries. Can't pass, can't score, isnt quick, usual grinta south american that can foul hard, nothing else.
Are you really comparing Denzel`s CHAMPION team-mates with Nandez relegation battler colleagues?!

Nandez can hold the ball much better than Dumfries, can dribble past his man and can certainly assist. He even scored 2 last season, but that`s not his job.

Some people here are seriously underrating Nandez, his abilitiy and his mental attributes. Just put him in a well organized team and he will do much better.
