Ah man, absolutely gutted although Italy deserved the win. I also wish I put money on Saka and Rashford to miss penalties because I called it the moment they came on. Both are massively overrated and you can see that Saka was nervous the entire game.

Feel bad for Pickford the most, did everything and even pulled off another save against Jorginho when I thought it was all over, only for the others to bottle it.

We were gifted the chance to play every game at home, decisions go our way, easy draws but still couldn’t win. Fuck me.
Exactly. England had home court, easier schedule, the penalty against Denmark (though Denmark was shit the whole game). Everyone pointed out these things. Everything would have been forgotten, if England would have made a big game and won without doubts.
Unfortunately for you, Italy won. And even if Italia won at lottery (penalties), they were the better squad.

But for England is not the end. This generation is at the beginning. There are a lot of quality players. But something must be changed (inclusive mentality). By the way, Declan Rice, what a player!

Because of their midfield really not the attack....

Why can't you accept the attack was a bit shit? Chiesa was great but the rest sucked.
Im just tired of the nonsense about amounts of goal scored is the only parameter when it comes to if a forward is succesful or not. I agree that neither Immobile nor Belotti was world class but they weren't shit either.

They were horrendous... Italy's formation was 4-3-Chiesa for the longest time.

You can’t tell me Darmian wouldn’t have been useful in this squad.
Maybe only me, but Darmian should be ahead of Florenzi. Biraghi is much more useful than this Emerson. And Kean is ofc better than Berardi as the ST.

Mancini is a great coach, but his favoritism is weird sometimes. Yeah, that famous Kdog >> Kova that we endure till now.

English fans were right about Southgate, too negative. Mancio wiped the floor with him.

Grande Mancio, man deserves a statue.

Game ends and the pundits immediately hit at England rather than give credit to Italy.
The cameraman was more concentrated on recording the english royal family, fucking Beckham, the losers on the pitch ect. than showing the Italian joy right after the miss by Saka.

Bonucci has become the oldest scorer in a Euro final (34 years and 71 days), beating Bernd Hölzenbein's previous record in 1976 (30 years and 103 days).
