I don’t think so because there is a sense that Southgate will step down regarding final result, it has been 8 years.

He has done a good job tbh, increasing team mentality, especially in penalty. You can question his approach and tactics but I really like his adaptation in game and man management, pressure handling. I agree that it’s hard to top this for next manager.
