Its about time!!!

Well im hungry right now, and so i dont eat myself silly at 12pm at night ill just talk about food! which still gets me hungry

Here we can talk about and exchange good food. Thats why id like to ask all members here from an asian country to help me. In melbourne City, i always walk past Chinese food etc. etc.

But i dont know whats goin on, i like the look of their chicken but i cant exactly buy it as i dont eat pig, and i only eat halal meat.

This is where u guys come in

Since i cant exactly buy it, can u guys tell me of some GREAT recipies from Asia. I love the way they make that chicken look and taste

you dont need to post recipies lol. But can u guys give me the names of the food and ill glady take it from there. Thanks...

Helal, you got the same problems like me. However, a buddy of mine lives in Toronto and they got a lot of Halal Chinese restaurants so I tried it couple of times.

I'll tell you, the food is a-w-e-s-o-m-e!!! I don't remember the names, but it's damn tasty. I remember Chicken Hakka and it was tasty, also, there was a soup made with fish that had an incredible taste, my oh my!

However, I didn't much like their rice, they mostly eat it white and I don't like white rice. But their noodles are divine man, you gotta taste them. They have a lot of vegeterian/seafood dishes, so it's okay to try those.

Speaking of food, i'm so hungry now. I will go and cook Spinach with some chicken Kababs now :lick: :horny:

Helal,China is well konwn for its recipies ,here I wanna introduce some basic information about Chinese food and my hometome snacks to you ,Chinese food is divided into 8 recipese and 4 different tastes,8 recipese are the following,Shandong ,Sichuan, Hulan,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui,Guangdong and Fujian .the names of 8 recipese are the provinces of China form east to west and form south to north.the 8 recipies have their own features.for instance ,Shandong is good at cooking seafood,different kind of soups and annimal internal organs. the feathure of Jiangsu food is stewwing,Zhejiang food's characteristic are fresh and soft.the feature of Guangdong is fring in shallow oil,the tasty of food is dull and crisp.Hulan's feature is peppery.the raw materials of Hujian are seafood,the tasty emphasizes sweet,sour and so on.Anhui is also good at setwwing but it's diffenert from Jiangsu,the feature stresses fresh and the bigness of fire. the last food is from Sichuan,the hometown of mine,whose feature is peppery.wowowoooo,I can't describe the tasty to you limited my poor English,in a word,it's very very,very nice!!!!!!!!!!maybe this time ,you can't stop your effluencing saliva. .

the snacks of Sichuan are Zhangfei beef, pocky and hot tofu and Chuanbei liangfen(made from beans like tofu,but isn't tofu) and the forth.

PS:my English is not very good ,I hope you guys understand what I post,but I think the direct recongnise is that you guys come to China to eat the different food and the snacks,allright? and also it's a chance to recongineze today's China.if you come to China ,I think you will be fascinated by the achievement of China.

As for myself, I eat anything, really. I like Italian food, the pasta and spaghetti and pizzas. I like Chinese food too, since I eat it everyday. I like Indonesian food too! I always crave for a big plate of hot Nasi Padang whenever I go back to Indonesia. :drool:

I love nepalese food, coz it's my country's food ...

I have had food of different varieties, but at the end of the day, it's always Nepalese food which attracts me the most.

Singapore's a veritable food paradise that really never fails to disappoint any tourist (at least those that i know of). Being so cosmopolitan, you can find a mix of anything over here. It's not really a good thing to talk about food at 4+ AM in the morning as i tend to get very hungry easily.

But scutzon is right - Hainanese Chicken Rice is AWESOME. Best food ever!

Hamed, It's more of an Indian type, just that we have less spices. As to compare Nepalese food with Chinese, we can say that the Southern Chinese food is similar to that of ours.
