I found this voting system really hard to choose.

Well you can blame me. I was the one who pushed for this system. The freedom of a variety of choice is nice and all, but the fact is that all the members that got a reasonable amount of nominations are available to choose from in each category. You were the only one that nominated crzd in the most humorous category, so presumably a vote for him wouldn't have meant anything other than upholding your promise.

Why am I not nominated ? Not free and fair

Only new members with a 100+ posts were included. Other than TGDella who had 88 the other day so I assumed they would be at the 100 threshold by year end.
