This poll will be open until New Years Eve. A similar type poll will be added for posts of a more serious nature over the next few days. I would implore people to quote (and thank) worthy posts in the 'Posts of the Year" thread before then in order for them to be in the running for that award.

If I were picking the post I would have chosen this one, but I just based it on the number of thanks posts got in the posts of the year thread.Not the amount of thanks the original post got. Or did you expect me to view each and every post individually to see how many thanks each got?
