To be honest I thought they were in Serie B not Serie C. I’d still loan him since he’s already used to playing adult football

I've just checked that Livorno played in Serie C last year and they were relegated to Serie D (20th of 20 teams), so the level of this team was very low.
Serie C is in general a low level league, so it is better for our players to stay Primavera than play there. Serie B is other story, but the question is if he is already good enough to play in Serie B.
