Either ways, I agree with your conclusion. There is no way Inter are spending 30m for a player who cannot play for us in Serie A. Wherein lies the problem - Gabriel Jesus will not only take up our last Non-EU slot, but he is also a left winger. Does this mean we will sell Perisic?

If thats the case, I hope we don't get Gabriel Jesus. I much rather have a established winger like Perisic, than an unproven kid with talent. Perisic is one of the very few "core" players we have who can help us achieve CL qualification, lets not get rid of him. We should be focusing on spending our money on a right winger and a quality DM who can pass the ball.

I'm not 100% sure, but Juventus have just 'signed' Matheus Pereira by having Empoli (?) sign him out right, then they will exercise an option, so its clearly not JUST Serie A squad registration.
