we dont need him now tbh, i dont think we have money for his transfer now at this mercato, if we get him with delay buy for next season Iam ok but now we must give that money for the midfielder, defender and RW - like that - Witsel, Garay and Beradi will be huge upgrade! Next season Teixeira and G. Jesus and we can finally fight for scudetto!

Browha is right. GJ will take our remaining non-EU slot whichever way we use him after purchase.
BTW should we really buy both Toure and GJ, we can borrow a slot from another Italian team -- just as how we bought Maxwell and Julio Cesar, and a little different from Pereira case as Juve can change their mind not to buy him. On paper, the said Italian team will buy GJ in summer (with the money we give them) and sell him to us in January. Then, it will be considered as an inter-league transfer. Practically, GJ will be out on loan in that team for half a season. (But not on paper) Or, if GJ really wants to play in Brazil until December, he will be loaned out to Palmeiras instead. (And of course, we should pay the said Italian team some additional compensations for using their non-EU slot, either via cash or discount on their purchase of our player.)

10 years of FIFDont know if we can do the Jan switcheroo - there might be something that prevents it. Certainly from GJ's side, he cant be registered for more than 2 teams in a year, so if we did that it'd be more likely to be next summer.

Oh, his registration issue didn't cross my mind. If we still want him as early as possible, we (Mancio, to be precise) should then just forgo Toure and wait until January to buy him outright. (though agreements can be made this summer.)
Well, he's not an Inter fan and I'm not a football player. Therefore, he's not capable of wanting/not wanting me.
