It's amazing that you seize eeevery chance to tell us, how terrible the Premier League is.

It's the first time in Bundesliga history that a team lost, after leading 2:0 in minute 88. As varmin said: We all know it happend before in Serie A.

Oh Bochum ... They won the last game against Bayern 4:2. Now it's 0:4 at half time.
My point was more that the league is a joke. If i wasnt a bayern fan id end watching this shit.

So what? Some years ago Juve also won everything in Italy. And please don't tell me it was more tighter in Serie A - even after terrible starts into the season nobody was able to break their dominance.

0:7 in the end for Bayern, after three games a 15:1 goal difference. Only nice thing is that Union Berlin had a great start while the self-proclaimed "Big City Club" Hertha is as shitty as last season.

Bayern dominating everything should have been a serious enough issue in Germany which would require legal and regulatory actions, but no one seems to care as long as it brings money.

Hertha have been shitty for many seasons. They're truly the embarrassment of the capital. Especially when you have Union being competitive by spending peanuts. They got a rich owner in Windhorst, they brought Bobic from Eintracht and you still watch the same shit. They annoy the shit out of me. Fucking HSV, being as useless as usual, managed to choke against them so we have to watch them at Bundesliga for at least one more season. I fucking hate them. They offer absolutely nothing to the league. Only banter.

I think it's more about the mentality of Germans who don't like foreign investment. Just look at the reactions towards Hoffenheim and Leipzig. It took years even to Leverkusen and Wolfsburg to be accepted by the Bundesliga crowd. And tbh Serie A better hope Germans never move away from 50+1 rule. If Bundesliga becomes an open market that's where investors will turn to. It's very easy to run a profitable club in Germany if you have good management.

I'm not talking about allowing foreign investment and scrapping the 50+1.

I'm saying they need to regulate their football even more. Hopefully Germany doing that could trickle down to the rest of Europe and UEFA gets the point as FIFA (only possible without Infantino I guess) returns to pressing Europe to stop monopolizing the sport using a handful of teams. The PL can do whatever the fuck it wants, but UEFA should get serious about tackling money laundering.

And how?

The discussion about 50+1 ended 2018 before it even started.

A salary cap? Bayern wants that but only when you have one in Europa. Otherweise that would only weaken their chances in Europa. And I can't imagine that his works when Bayern pays 300m+ for salaries and some clubs not even 20m.

And nobody wants playoffs ... It's against their tradition.

The entire European football edifice requires correction and someone needs to be brave enough to make the first move.

FIFA's pleas to revise the Bosman ruling to save world football were not followed, but we still need to do that.

Germany has the least amount of foreigners and is the strongest economy in football. Spain and France could also follow and that's enough of a pull to get UEFA's attention with the EU behaving and stopping to talk about shitty notions of "inclusivity" when all they're doing is promoting a monopoly and ironically fining monopolies is their bread and butter...

The only country that has incentive to keep the current Bosman rule as it is, is the UK and they're not even in the EU anymore. Every mid-tier leafue has suffered, we no longer see them represented at quarter finals or even round of 16 of CL football and UEFA with the blessing of EU is promoting a Superleague structure.

Who else wants to keep this? Barcelona and Real Madrid since they're untouchable in Spain and anything else would bring the Valencias, Real Sociedads and Sevillas closer to them.
And Juventus.

PSG doesn't want their league to be weak, Bayern also doesn't like this, but they follow the system because that's how you stay at the top today.

Worst case scenario to return to acceptable competitiveness: we flip the 4+4 + 17 foreigners out of 25 to a 17/25 domestic players and just 8 foreigners. Good luck to the top teams once that's done.
But someone needs to pull UEFA's arm and leg for this.

Bayern-Gladbach 0-1. Marcus Thuram. Bayern totally control the game, they have missed many chances, they have two disallowed goals and yet they concede in Gladbach's only counter. I love this.

Damn, should've watched this instead of switching from one borefest in Arsenal-Fulham to another in Juventus-Roma.

Union Berlin - Bayern 1-1. Another game where Bayern struggled against a side that defended deep and gave them no spaces.
