The point again is Gasp is making the most of what he's given atleast tonight. Today's defeat should not be blamed on him. What I'm scared about is he will go back to his 3 man defense again.
That is my biggest fear as well. The fact that stubborn as phuck as he seems to be he will overlook the improvement in our defence and go back to his shambolic 3-4-3.

Sadly enough unlike Mou and Leo he is not a motivator by any means! :depress: Sometimes that is all that it takes to get the best out of your players as we saw with Leo last year. Gaps seems fairly dry and from what I have gathered there is this distance between him and the rest of the squad. Unfortunately such traits cannot be changed - hence there is a good chance we are doomed this season! I hope I'm wrong though. 3 official games, 3 losses – can he make it 4 in a row? Exciting times ahead.....

Not to be forgotten the balme should be pointed towards those who hired this chap!

The problem isn't only Gasperini. It started a year ago when our management was deluded by 2009/2010 season and decided not to spend on new players... :palm:

"We are strong enough" :palm:

So now you are saying our squad is so bad we can't win against Trabzonspor at home? Of course Gasp should be responsible.

To me, this is Benitez all over again. He isn't able to inject the right spirit, the winning mentality to this team. I sincerely hope Gasp can get a grip of himself AND the team, since if this goes like it did with Rafa (coach losts the team's confidence), it will be a long fucking season.
What do we have here, a team of 8 year old children? These men are professionals! Motivation is important, I agree, but is that the only kind of coach that can bring results?! If that's the case then we should just sack Gasp and get Dr. Phil..

did he use 4312 today?

did we perform better than the 343?

the only reason I had patience with leo was despite him being a noob at least he was getting results and most importantly the players played for him...

MM shouldn't have send him away until June 2012 when Mou or Pep will be available...and don't tell me he wanted to go in his last press conference he said when PSG called he said no thank you... he was already preparing for next season but MM convinced him to take the PSG job...

with him we knew what to expect....

we would've lost to BBilan in the supercup...reach round of 16 at least in the CL and end up second in the league if not first...probably win another copa italia if we're lucky...

MM and Branca :palm:

Nah we need to sell Sneijder and Pazzo and buy Deco and Nuno Gomes(random names) and extend Milito's contract to 2021 because FFP is coming and we need to balance the books:palm:, and then blame the coach:troll: when we FAIL!:yao:

Even Jose "GAUWD" Mourinho couldn't make this squad win something.CAN'T believe i said that...sorry Mou,please forgive me.

Well for me, I wont put the blame entirely on gasp but will put the blame on him and other players on the team. The goal could have been prevented if we as a team had did better on our free kick defense, we had 7 to 8 free kicks, and the turkish side only had 2 or 3 and they managed to score off of one because of our own player sending the ball back into the box after Lucio headed the ball out of the box.

As a team we should done much better was almost as if we weren't playing our all out there to win.

We should have also scored many goals as we had many more opportunities than our opponent but didn't make use of those opportunities, meaning we should work on our finishing and also our short passes and runs in the box which I feel we didn't do to much of when a forward or a any player for that fact had the ball on a breakaway, we should have pushed up more on counterattack.

One other problem with Gasperini and a team like Inter is the fact he has never won anything. And he is not a very young coach starting his career. This guy just doesn't win, simple as that.

How many fucking games did we win with Mourinho playing like one big piece of elephant shit? You know that Pazzini/Zarate/Milito would not miss all of those chances if we had a coach who is used to winning.

Our fucking treble winning squad was a perfect machine because we brought in some winners like Sneijder, Eto'o, Lucio even Motta.

That was so much win in just one summer that it made Charlie Sheen look like Rafa Benitez.

there's multiple reasons why our team has fallen apart so much. but i know one thing for sure, switching between a 3 and 4 man defence depending on if opponents play 1 or 2 forwards is not what a team in semi-crisis needs. if barca started doing that i'm sure they'd drop some points in the league... let alone us doing it week in week out when we're in a mess :palm:

Seriously we've had 3 official games under him, give the guy a damn chance, even Mou and Mancio had bad starts to the season and especially the CL, hell we barely qualified for the knockout stages when we won it under Mou. Sacking him now will do no good at all.
