He BOSSED today against Newells, despite Vélez got knocked out from Libertadores. Ran all the 90', AMAZING workrate. Liked the way he attacks, he has presence, personality, and the surprise factor. Had two goal chances.

Needs to work a bit on the defending, but, overall, I'd sign this guy in a hearbeat.

I mean, Vélez needed to attack all the match because they were 0-2 down. Had a good duel with Scocco and Maxi Rodriguez, won a couple, lost a couple too.

But overall, was really really good.

I think it was the way Velez were playing. They needed 2 goals to qualify and were pushing people forward so he was caught out of position a couple of times. I've seen him so solid defensively that I'm not worried. I was actually surprise by his attacking and could have scored a couple of times including one were he beat the off side trap and almost knocked in the goal but the keeper saved it.
