His role is defined as "technical head"/"responsabile settore giovanile" on inter.it's academy section.

He is more or less the man running our youth sector, yes.

What I expect from him is that we find some talent in our youth team and promote them.

I know not everyone is Balotelli, but we can do with decent backup's etc.. Since Baresi obviously knows more about them...
