I don`t think he will deal with merda Juve.

Cairo knows Milan want to take Belotti for free, so he is probably aiming for that Chel$ki sale, in case they cannot retain both Christensen and Rudiger.
Also Azpilicueta who's more of a cb these days. But there are also other teams from abroad that could be interested. Newcastle were seriously interested in Bremer in January and they could probably be back for him in the summer and Conte could also be interested. He will probably be sold for over 30m in the summer and these are numbers we can't afford.

It's only a safeguard for Torino, possibly even good news for us since itnallows us to get loan + obligation. If his intention was to stay the deal would say 2026.
We could still sign him on loan with obligation with his current contract. Same way we signed Gosens on 18-month loan with obligation even though his contract expired in 2023. Bremer didn't sign a long-term contract because he doesn't intend to stay at Torino and he was probably promised he could leave if a good offer arrives. But let's be honest with ourselves. This extension only benefits Torino and their negotiating power.

Gosens is loan + option iirc. But very easy option. We could get it done because it's over 2 seasons.

I think they stopped allowing loan + obligation deals at expiry.

Agreed on Torino, that's why I said it's a safeguard for them and nothing more. But it's by no means game over for us.

There’s no way Bremer doesn’t want to leave Torino. I agree with Brehme, If anything this makes it more likely we will be able to sign him on favorable terms with some kid of loan with obligation.

If we get bremer and Luiz then its okay to let De vrij go. But we need both.

I think the money we will get from De Vrij, will depend alot on if we can get Bremer for that money.

He said in the interview that he renewed the contract and wants to focus on the remaining matches to help Torino, but he is ambitious and suggested he wants better club in the summer.

It's strange we are pushing for Bremer. Either the departure of De Vrij is imminent or we have a lot of money, because we need also to invest our limited funds for new striker or midfielder who have higher priority imo.

de Vrij has been horrible this season, and our only true reserve CB is Ranocchia.

We can't keep letting the squad age without addressing these positional needs. What would we do if Skriniar had to miss an extended period of time? We'd be stuck relying on D'Ambrosio, who is only getting older.

Notwithstanding the fact that Bremer is the best centerback in the league, is 5 years his junior, and unlike most other players that would strengthen us, (likely) won't be totally out of price range.

Going from De Vrij, the way he's been playing this season, to Bremer is bigger than any other feasible upgrade we can realistically make now. Bigger than offloading Lautaro for Dybala, bigger than strengthening our depth with Frattesi, bigger than giving a golden handshake to Dzeko to get Scamacca.

I've said it a thousand times - it's a no brainer, especially so if we end up using 0 in net spend.

Currently making Vlahovic look like a good little boy ready for an early rise and shine and school in the morning, he's tucking him in so badly.

Also, this happened again tonight.

The departure of De Vrij this summer has been considered imminent since last autumn.

Really impressed with his performance today. Conversely, cooling to the Dybala option.

Torino director Vagnati on Bremer future: "I can't see Bremer as Juventus player after fighting for Torino for many and many years. I expect him to do different choices for his future"
