Why Dimarco and not Pinamonti? Weren't Torino interested in him? They are losing Belotti and they need a forward.

Not sure if they were interested or it was just Inter trying to find a club for Pinamonti - seeing his high wage.
Corriere della Sera: Inter have so far only gone as high as €25 million with cash offers, although a cash-plus-player offer could be used to convince Torino.
Juric knows DiMarco as they already worked well together. The most recent reports were DiMarco + 15M for Bremer.

€4M salary sounds excessive to me, why would that be good news?

I expect DiMarco to go the other way and Bastoni to stay.
He will earn only 0.5M less than Skriniar. 4M is just too much, haven't we learned?

He was just named the defender of the year and has interest abroad, you guys think he's signing for Darmian level wages?

Bremer has one great season in Serie A. Skriniar makes less than 4m so does De Vrij. And they are Scudetto winners and has multiple years at Inter, CL games played. No fucking way we are giving Bremer 4m net right out of the gate.

Biasin said that Bremer is a replacement for SDV, not for Bastoni. But the latter is on the market anyway.
So, if we sell him, who will be his replacement? I hope it's not fucking Romagnioli.

There wouldn't be one. Dimarco would become a starter.

Corriere dello Sport : "Bremer costs half. Inter have discovered the right way: the Turin defender has a clause to free himself in 2023 with 15 million; so Torino cannot ask for double to sell him now"

What? Why couldn't say? The clause can only be triggered in 2023?

Inter better close the Bremer deal FAST. There are a lot of clubs with BIG money looking for quality defenders... Chelsea, City, Man United, Spurs & Arsenal. This window is going to quickly turn into a feeding frenzy.

They are saying Dimarco is part of the Bremer deal though, which I am strongly opposed to.

Nothing like ridding yourself of the two most passionate Interisti in the club in the same window though right?

What?

Also, that shit says 2023.. What are we going to do, wait until 2023 to sign him for €15 but play a back 3 of Darmian - Skriniar - Dambrosio in the meantime?

No, simply if the player clearly says to Torino that he want to join Inter, his club can't ask for 50M since the next year he will be free for just 15M.
We could sign a loan player meanwhile but Torino would lose some real money.
So would be easier to find an agreement on a 25M fee.

I just don’t understand this 15M thing. I mean sounds exactly like the Haaland deal if u want him one year prior the release clause pay up or wait until it kicks in.

I think a lot of people are speculating. I’m concerned we haven’t heard much about inter directly dealing with Torino, just reports that we’re Bremer’s preference and there’s some kind of “gentleman’s agreement” between the player and torino.
