Because he's aiming for the NT call up for the WC. He doesn't want to move abroad as it can ruin his good form, and Inter is the only one who is interested and is big enough to help him attract Tite's attention. I strongly believe the "Bremer only wants Inter" is nothing more than a professional decision.

He will 100% move this summer, right now he's waiting for us but if we still can't close the deal by end of the mercato, Bremer will 100% accept offers from any high profile team abroad e.g. Chelsea, Bayern...

He wont wait he wants to go to WC, playing good for Inter will give him a call, playing great for Torino not sure. He wont wait us too long there is offer from Bbeelan also. Better close this deal as soon as possible.

I didn't talk about that, I talked about a gentleman agreement in which Torino gets some fee, and he can go to a club that he wants,
because he could go for free this summer, and he didn't want that, and then you do business in quiet and don't demand such high fee,
you talk about a player in his last year of contract that the club is willing to sell for a much higher fee to whom ever they want,
that doesn't mean that the gentleman agreement existed, but media talked much about that and how he chose Inter, so there might be something,
