Proud of the Australian boys. Ultimately a lack of quality and luck saw us out.

I'm a bit pissed off that Ghana went through tbh. They scraped through off two penalties and didn't really deserve it imo. Both Serbia and Australia deserved qualification more than them. The US will surely knock them out.

Ghana didn't show anything at all tbh. The other African nations Cameroon, Ivory Coast were more threatening but such is luck. Not only were Ghana lucky in their game but the others like Serbia denied a penalty against Aus decisions went in their favour.

Congrats Germany & Ghana.

Even though I predicted for Germany and Australia to go through, I'm still happy at least for Germany. They were much better than Ghana in the last night, they deserved to win and they did. Also Ghana had some great chances and they were so close, but they missed them.

And kudos to Australia for the win against Serbia, well deserved!!

Ghana deserved it. They created enough chances in all there games , their finishing just let them down. a Great effort for the youngest squad in this wc.

Unless drogba and co get a miracle it will be the second world cup in a row where ghana was the only african side to get through their group.
