Had a dispute with the coach because he chose De Bruyne as captain. So wasn't called up.

Exactly. The real nail on the coffin was that when De Bruyne was injured, Lukaku was chosen as captain, and then Courtois closed down all talks.

Ironic as neither of the 3 are worthy of captain. De Bruyne being invisible in big games, Lukaku being Lakaka, and Courtois being a little child.

Hence why I am so pessimistic for this Cup. I'd be already surprised they make it to the next round seeing how good Romania was. Belgium's defense is a massive joke.
