That is indeed true. He works a lot, tracks back furiously and plays defensively pretty okay. I like how aggressive he is in challenges. What we lack in ball playing/possesion/passing with him compared to Eriksen, we get 10x more aggressiveness, fighting and urgency. And he's still no Gags level shitter with the ball, not even close.

That's 4 in a row where he is pretty good, and does what he should do, more or less. Hope he continues.
Yeah and I'd say he's been more than pretty good in these last 4 matches. If his general level will be this, we can be happy we got him signed, even with the given contract.

Well, im not too thrilled since inconsistency has been his middle name his entire career :D He had spells like this in Milan, only to fuck up badly for the next 5 games.

Tho, im surprised with his performance, and it's positive sign. Another positive sign is his last interview where he admits that he works harder than he did previously and is happy, so it gives me good vibe, that finally he can reach his potential and play well on constant level.

If Hakan can play like this for the rest of the season, I will happily eat my words. Last 4-5 games, he has been producing the goods. But he has had similar spells before at Milan.

But I am happy with his goals/assists so far!

To me if he can continue performing like this, it just proves further point that Brozovic is better than Kessie.

Why is weird? You can say it’s not related but I think Brozovic accommodates him better than Kessie. I often see Kessie either overlaping his position or leaving him too far, hence in some matches it looks like Hakan offers nothing. I haven’t seen that between him and Brozic so far.

Because it doesnt take a transfer to know Messi is better than Brahim Diaz, same to Broz and Kessie.

Well, if your take is like that surely it’s weird. Hakan plays with both of them, they have nearly same profile. In my view, Brozovic is more supportive to Hakan and has better positioning awareness than Kessie in this case.

Do they have the same 9 other players and coach? That logic makes 0 sense.
