Dzeko was much better than Mikhitarian at Roma, people thought he would be a great addition to our team if he could produce 2 good seasons and look at him now! Everyone wants him out.

I’d give Mikhi till Christmas until people start to want him out.

Dzeko had a bad last season at roma . He also came as a starter to Inter.
Mkhi had a good last season and he is not coming as a starter. He is a first option from the bench and to give the starters a breather. He is an upgrade over vecino and vidal. That is who he is replacing, dzeko was replacing rom.

last year we played perisic-hakan-brozo-barella-dumfries and people was raging that we are too slow

and now we are buying mkhitaryan who is even slower then him :ROFLMAO:

ok, just dont cry that brozo and barella are done after 10 games in the season

this is not player for us, we need faster midfielder there

I guess you don't watch Miki a lot. He is not slower than Hakan or Dzeko. I have no idea how you come up with these statements. He is not even slower than Perisic, it's just Persic is more direct on the flangs, whilie Miki is mixing up and it creates that impression. I mean, if you want to argue his numbers, minutes, play, performance and other things, everything is readily available on the net. And I bet, most fans would love his first year, not sure about the 2nd.

How come then Miki in 2020-2021 had 13 goals and 11 assists in 2746 minutes in Serie A games, while Dzeko had 7 goals and 4 assists in 1826 minutes in Serie A. And , it's not in my nature to say this guy is done, this guy robbing the club, this guy is this and that. But when you or somebody else make these statements, at least have some basic backgrounds facts to support your claims. It's good for the forum, good for honest discussions, evaluations of the players, respect for their years of training, dedication, working ethics, etc.

Somehow i prefer transfer like this. Darmian and Young already silence the hater. Rather than dalbert or lazaro type transfer. Mkhitaryan is former man UTD player. So the chance success is rising.

What you're basically saying is that you prefer signing players with zero upside, who only possess regression-based downside.

If it's a long contract like Sanchez, i'm also against it, but now we're speaking for 2 years deal (and the second one depends on if he plays or not which is also important), and bringing a player with good enough quality, ready to deliver NOW. Anyway, i don't see how we'll but a cheaper youngstar. Just see the Bellanova's case, a player that was rumored would cost us around 7 mln, now is valuated at 20 mln by Cagliari, only because he is linked to us. The other option is to promote some Inter young product, and there are two options - Agoume and Casadei. The former is more like Brozovic replacement, and we can bring him back regardless of Mkhyctarian. The latter is a huge gamble, so i personally prefer to be sent somewhere on loan first, and if he impresses to get a chance in the season afterwards.

Many here don’t really care of the facts and stats or only look stats when it suits them… they rather trust more about their gut feelings and shoot from the hip… some of here don’t eaven need to see a player play and they instantly know he is a shit player

So members here eaven know what has been said in negotions and board meetings…

I watch decent ammount of football per year and I still miss 90% of the things what happen on other teams and with their players!

I gues it’s normal at forums, but it just lovers the quality of discussion!

And also because of his age and recent injury, it would be fair to mention here that in general he recovers well of his injuries. Last a few years mostly muscle problems, but there was a metatarsal fracture and torn muscle problems a few years back. Normally, it took 30-45 days to recover. Also, he is not in NT anymore, no stupid injuries on NT level, overworked schedule, etc.

Gotta admit, finding it harder and harder to be a fan of the club..Slag me all you want, but this is not the Inter I grew up with, where are the Vieris, Zanetti,Ronaldos,Adriano,Crespo,Schneider,Militos,. Where is that quality player that we used to target??

All we have is now, targeting has been like Dzeko,Kolorovs,An argentine Rodeo named Correa and now Mikhitarin..In before a "genius" comes and explain to me Mikhitarian is a Top 5 in the world actually ..

The players that you mention were the golden age of Inter, when Serie A dominated other leagues and where there was no discussions about paying someone a bit more on a free transfer to short term, rotational player with experience in 4 leagues. I mean, i don't have to convince you or anybody else, but my point, he is not gonna get a out as Vidal with compensation package and stupid fee. It seems, his contract is more measured in case he flops and Inter does not have to pay extra to get rid of him.
But come on, can't you get excited for 28 year old Dybala getting here for free, or keeping Lautaro and Bastoni, still having Brozo, etc? Things are not that bad after all.
