hernanes is 30x better then guarin at attacking mid. So that alone is a huge improvement looking at how many times we used guarin in that position. He has a very nice goal scoring record for his position, which hopefully can get us out of our "non scoring ways".

Because how useful this signing could be, is the sole reason I think it won't happen. Our management hasn't made a signing in which "strongly improved us", at least immediately, since the treble
