Lol after that red card appearance last night, juve owe us another 500k since he made 3 starts in the group stages

Also if he plays in the knockout stages we get another 500k

I miss the Mazzari great times, Hernanes actually came in the winter 2014. 0-0 and 1-1 were results you can always count on, and ended up the season with 30 games unbeaten.

Hernanes to Mediaset: “I was already running to celebrate”

Yeah you can celebrate no problem but remember what your own club thinks of you.

I really can't blame Hernanes: nobody trusted him, was played out of position and he was sold even though he was the last piece of creativity in this team. He always had a pro attitude but he wasn't consistent enough (not Guarin levels though). He was sold for financial reasons - I don't see him as a traitor.

it was a good sell in my point of view, just shouldnt have been to juventus and we should have gotten a midfielder. If only we got bangea in the winter.

He's gonna eat even more bench after last nights performance. Though I guess in the end he'll get a fancy medal for winning the trophy as it seems very likely that Juventus will win it.

juBentus managed to send Hernanes to China and make money from his sale.

Official: Hernanes joins Hebei Fortune

Juventus have officially confirmed that Hernanes has joined Hebei Fortune for €8m plus €2m in bonuses.

The Brazilian had already bid goodbye to Italy this week, as he flew out to Marbella to join up with his new team.

Now the Bianconeri have officially confirmed his departure, as well as the financial terms of the transfer.

“Juventus Football Club announces an agreement with Hebei China Fortune Football Club for the outright transfer of the player Hernanes,” a statement reads.

“The amount of €8m will be paid in full within 15 days of the receipt of international clearance. The value of the transfer may increase by a maximum of €2m if certain conditions are met during the contractual period.

“This deal generates a positive economic effect of around €2.2m.”

Hernanes: ‘Thank you, Juventus’

Hernanes thanks Juventus after leaving for Hebei China Fortune - “an honour to wear this shirt”.

It was officially confirmed today that the Brazilian has joined the Chinese Super League club, for a fee of €8m plus €2m in bonuses.

“I had quite a journey in Italy,” Hernanes, a former Lazio and Inter player, wrote on his Instagram page.

“Wearing this shirt for a year and a half has been an honour, a great pleasure and a source of pride. I’d like to thank everyone for this opportunity.

“From the President to the directors, through the coaching staff, the medical staff, the physiotherapists, the Press officers, the marketing staff and the canteen staff - thank you for all the courtesy and kindness you’ve shown me!

“I want to thank the fans who have given me support over the last 18 months. Thank you all every much, and forza Juve always!

We should thank Juventus as well. Thanks to them we reduced our losses from Hernanes transfer to just 5m. Not even a Chinese team would offer us as much as they did, as reality proves.

even though hernanes will be a plus on their books, they still lost a lot of money on him: they bought him for 11 mln + 2 bonuses and sold him for 8 mln + 2 bonuses. so it is more or less a 3 mln euros loss. plus all the money they spent in wages for a player whose contribution to their team was overall next to nothing.

Players depreciate in value over time on team's books. They probably sold him for a gain from their accounting standpoint.

that's why i wrote that "it will be aplus on their books". but in terms of real money (so to speak), they burnt quite a few euros.
