Inter overpaid for Handa. There are lots of keepers in his level who would actually be motivated to play for this club.

For example Federico Marchetti(who is second in pecking order in Lazio?). I would sign him. It would put Handa on the bench. Maybe with little competition he could play more than a few games per season at his best level.
