I don't know why people still think that an international break is something good. Actually, apart from Mkhitaryan most of others starters come back even more exhausted and we play shit after that.
If we field some experimental team with Darmian as LB, Bisseck on the left and Frattesi, we will be crushed most probably.

This has all the making's for a juicy game, excited for this.

Saying this, following it from the UK, I will have to see replay's of the 5-1 thumping over, over and over and over and over again and hear about it pre game, during game and post game. Sound that.
Yeh not concentrating on the 0-3 thrashing we handed them!

The predicted formation is... terrible. Not personal-wise, but position-wise. It's like Inzaghi exposes all weaknesses out:
Sommer; Pavard, De Vrij, Bisseck; Dumfries, Frattesi, Calhanoglu, Zielinski, Darmian; Lautaro, Taremi
If true, I have a bad feeling about the outcome. Hopefully Bastoni, Barella, Dimarco and Thuram are fit to go at the 60min mark or better yet pls sub them on at halftime. Man oh man, do Inter miss Augusto. Whatever, Forza Inter.

I think Inzaghi is drastically underrating how important Dimarco is. He's the best attacking fullback on the planet. Everything we create starts from him. If anything put Pavard on the left and Bisseck on the right. Then bench Dumfries for Darmian at RWB and let DiMarco play. That or put Barella in. If you wanna rest players for UCL matches thats fine but this is a game that will have worldwide attention and could give the team real confident if we play well. This is not the game to rotate like this.

So both sites missing key players, looks like a pre season match then.

Agreed with the first sentence but Buchanan? lol

Guy just came back from a broken leg and is unfit. He'll be lucky to see the pitch before 2025.

But yes, that left flank of ours is going to be a complete non-factor going forward. Just unwatchable. Two right-footed players playing out of position to replace two of the best attacking players in the world in Bastoni and Dimarco. It's like going from a Ferrari to a piece of shit.
If he doesnt give a fuck about this game he should rather try with fresh and healthy Buchanan, lets see if and what he can offer to this team. If he's fine then Dimarco can afford some slack in the future games.

I think Inzaghi knows exactly how important Dimarco is and thus is saving him to start against Napoli.

I don’t understand why we’re the only team in the world that rests some of their best players in big Champions League matches. Have a look at the rest of the teams…nobody else leaves out key players.

Lewandowski at 36 starts every game for Barca, Morata at 33 starts every big game for Milan, Kane at 30 started every game for Bayern etc

Meanwhile we’re out here benching key players in their 20’s. So fucking weird

Barca's average age is 23 or something. Its 29 for us. They don't need longer period for recovery like we do.

I honestly agree with Simone. Weekend vs Conte is as important as Arsenal. We want that 1st spot before NT break. Napoli are resting the whole week.

Inzaghi is just changing game time from 60min to 30. They will play the last half hour.
