a bit of positive rational is needed here after the sudden WTF of Kovacic getting injured:

Kuz looked good in the last game, good passing
cambiasso will hopefully get forward a bit too, he is more dangourous going forward than most give him credit for
garagno is useless going forward but has a high workrate so will hopefully cover the other 2 rather than push up himself
Zanetti at RB!
also milito is back

- - - Updated - - -

27% of the first team has been unavailable on average.

In terms of wages unavailable Inter have had 31% unavailable to the coach. The highest percentage in the league.
by on average you mean at any single given point rather than overall?

A deep lying playmaker injured, let's place him with a destroyer!

Just to add to that, when we earlier used to play all three (Milito-Cassano-Palacio), we got ourselves a decent winning run.

But I guess why we all are a bit disappointed is because we want to see some midfield solutions - so someone with ball skills instead of Gargano would have helped (Stankovic or Alvarez). Maybe that will happen in the 2nd half.

I just can't wait to see.

54. min: Chievo goes with 1-0. Rocchi for Milito, because we need a goal.
63. min: Chievo goes with 2-0. Jonathan for Kuzmanovic, to bring life in our right side, and change to an uninterpretable formation.
88. min: Still 2-0. Stankovic for Cassano, because fuck you, that's why.

Our bench is a fucking joke, okay Guarín suspended, but now no Kovacic, Mudingayi, Obi, Benassi, and also no Samuel (and no real striker, because we don't need one... I know, I know we have Rocchi!!!!!!!). Oh, and yes not to forget, we miss Chivu also. The thing what I can't believe, that why always our key or key-like players are injured? Ok, then bench is warm, and everything, but still.

Ah, fuck this, still hope that Milito and Cuchu can make something, and this 4 man defense will work. If not, then I can still shut the TV off.

Stankovic, Alvarez are the ball players you'd wanna replace for Kovacic's absence.

Yes, even Stankovic is around 10 folds better than Gargano on the ball.

And, there is no need to enforce a 3 men midfield if we don't have the players. Right now, the entire midfield would be focused on Kuzmanovic to move the ball forward, it'll be much more difficult for him than playing alongside either Alvarez or Stankovic.

Clearly, Alvarez should've been gone last mercato. He'll definitely be gone in the next one.

I mean if you look at the total number of games the first team players have been available for as a percentage of the total number of games, you get the % missing. Of course when you look at it in terms of wages the picture is even worse.

A muscular injury keeps Kovacic from being in the starting eleven against Chievo tonight. The croatian talent won’t even be on the bench according to Sky because of the injury. The recovery times are not yet certain

Source: Fcinternews.it

I hope the injury is not serious

:palm: We haven't seen Stankovic play for like a year.. Alvarez is so much better for us as an impact sub player when our opponents are tired than a starter. He's so slow and lacks stamina.

the midfield before was gonna look like:

---cuchu-----
--kuz--kova---

and now its

----gargano---
--cuchu---kuz--

It hasn't changed in shape, it's simply changed in personnel. Cuchu originally was gonna be in front of the defense and now Gargano has taken up that role.. I actually see nothing wrong with that or any reason for all the fuss, besides the fact that every single person on this forum thinks that they're some world class coach [and physio as of late]..
