Yeah, if he plays like against Sampdoria, I don't mind the right side at all for Belozoglu.

Really it depends on what Dragone wants, he's far more vital for us than Emre, I'd let him play where he wants, Emre would have to adapt.

No Offense but i thought that move Mancini made with Emre on the right and Stan on the left was one of his most attrocious...They really looked awful.
It is time to stop kidding and get back to business.If ur inform you start and if not you dont,we cant suffer point loss anymore.Adriano-Vieri might be working at times but i still see more potential in other combinations to tell you the truth because they deliver more often.

Frisko, he's not a right side player, especially not a winger at all. And he was bad in the right wing against Sampdoria.

He's a central midfielder and I wish that he would play in C.Zanetti's position. I really don't understand why we are playing with 2DM... (am I saying it too much) ??

Prav i am with you 100%..I would like to see our CM position not only give us defensive protection but some kind of push to the front. CZ was excellent in the Coppa but I would rather see Emre or Davids when paired with Cambiasso in a game we want to win.Both these guys do better going forward,with some exceptions when Davids wants to overdribble.

We dominated the game, Emre won many balls back and I thought Stanko was brilliant in his passes.

Why we play with 2 DM? Simple, because we concede FAR LESS like that. We got a clean sheet against Brescia, Livorno and Reggina, we conceded 2 against Samp but one was on the counter when we were getting desperate.

Martins is in great form and Adriano needs to play out of his bad form thus Vieri will have to take a seat this weekend.

I want to see Stan as a CM for once in the middle. ZM can be the RW and AVDM can be the LW, I want to see the Stan that shone with Lazio and the one that was supposed to fix our problems.

I want a personal request to JZ, as great and as legendary you are sweetheart, please please please take some crossing practices. We are neglecting a fundamental dimension in soccer by totally ignoring crosses.

We have the best header ever in Vieri and Adriano can nod in some as well. Penetrating by passing and dribbling doesn't always work, specially against weaker teams, just like against Reggina.

JZ is a great player and I'm sure he can do it. Either Mancini has to tell him or he has to take it upon himself. You can't be considered one of the best RB's ever and have a horrendous cross.

To me, even as I am a fan of Emre,
Stan is a better player than Emre right now, he's more established...
Stan favourite's place is a CM but he doesnt play much there under Mancini..

Stan is willing to sacrifice himself to fill in wing positions..., he has been good as wingers but not too great... This is why we only see 60 - 70% of Stan... When he's fielded in his primary position, he has to adapt himself, so it takes time even for a player as good as he is..

Emre, IMO, could play as a left winger, especially when we play with Veron/Davids/Zanetti and Cambiasso in the middle.. but stan is even a better player than emre in that position..

so, stan was sacrificed for the better good of the team..

I admire stan very highly... and even though he seemed invinsible at many times, I still believe without him, team is not the same

To say the truth, i want him to play there for a continuous basis. He can be better than Veron in my opinion, but he has to be our main CM. VDM can be the everday RW and Kily/Cesar can be the LW.

We need continuity and we have to start from now. We are lucky, or unlucky depending on how you see it, to have a season to figure out our identity. This serie A season should be just than, let's ensure our CL status and use the games to come up with the best team. Sad reality indeed.

Anyway i hate having 2 defensive midfields. I FKN HATE long balls! thats all we did against Reggina.

Our DM's and CB's would just bomb it down.

I hope we play with a offensive midfielder now in front of Cambiasso, if not Veron, then Stankovic. Ill let Davids play at left mid for a bit, like he did against juve. he needs to play there for a while

Well apart from that, your formation is not a bad one. :stuckup:
I do prefer a diamond midfield for us, but not sure whether it would be a good one or a bad one. After all, Emre's not a winger at all. He plays well when he's played in the central midfield position. Something like this would be better:

We have been using 2DMs' since we have started to win in Serie. That doesn't mean that the result will always be the same when we play like that. It has really effected our offence, no wonder that our strikers are left alone. And if you guys have realised, C.Zanetti has always been subbed for an attacking midfielder or a striker, and then we start playing well (in offence). We should have a balance in attack and defence, but that can happen if we start with the right line up from the first minute as well.

## And I am not yelling for this diamond midfield only now. I had wanted this kinda diamond midfield, even before the season started, after we bought so many quality midfielders - Veron, Davids, Cambiasso and to utilize the midfielders we had - Emre, Stankovic, Karagounis, C.Zanetti, V.Meyde.


And V.Meyde, my dear !! He's yet another inconsistent player in Inter. Sometimes, I even think about getting rid of him and bringing in Marchionni. Atleast I have done that in CM, since long time back. V.Meyde plays one good game, followed by pathetic games. And on top of that, I have never seen more than few good matches for V.Meyde against tough oppositions.

Coco - Lets see how much Mancini trusts on Coco.
