Inter is winning this 1,000%. There is no way possible that they could lose, just no way.

we played well. had all the ball,. made lots of chances. but we are lucky they didnt park the bus for our counter goal. great finish from perisic though(why would fdb not play our best winger???)
icardi bagging a brace is a good thing too.
our next 6 games are very very tough(milan, fiorentina, napoli, lazio, genoa, sassuolo),. we need to get 4 wins to have a chance of top 3
Calling Candreva brianless, when he was the only player trying to make something happen is pathetic. Perisic didn't make one decent movement to get at the end of his crosses, he did it once and was blocked by Icardi.

You explained it yourself the whole team wasnt moving, what was Candreva supposed to do cast a spell and make the mean defenders go away? He busted his ass and actually got some dangerous balls into the box. The goal was not because of Candreva being off the pitch, it was because Crotone's shape was broken and we finally didnt take an hour to get the ball forward (which is sad since we need our goalscorer to assist as well). The second goal was a penalty and the third was great play by Eder who was fresh and made a difference and Crotone just surrendering.Well, you know, perisic did one thing in all the match and it was a goal, candreva hogged the ball for eighty minutes with no result but to make our livers turn blue. How would you call that? It's either not having skills or being brainless and since we know candreva doesn't lack technical skills, that was all most definitely brainless. The match changed with eder and jovetic, we scored thrice in 10 minutes.
About the movements, it maybe be true to some extent, both for perisic and for icardi, but in all honesty the team yesterdsy had no gameplan whatsoever, no frigging idea of what to do. No one of them. So why insist on something that clearly doesn't work?
And when we finally had someone other than candreva trying to cross, we finally scored. Three times. So, again, the fault lies in candreva not for trying the first couple of times, but for insisting like an obsession with crosses, always cut in the same way.
EXACTLYApart from the goal perisic was really really Bad...
He has big problems when facing deep sitting teams
This is FIF where Marcelino and De Boer are THe specials two while a Pioli is already Gasperini two because he is italian and italian never had sucess in this years.
What you expect?

But yes, blame Candreva and jet fuel cant melt steel beams.

what i don't understand is why candreva kept doing the same thing in the same way all the time. it just didin't work. you try to explain in different ways what to me appears quite simple: out candreva we tried different solutions and they worked.
one of the most simple unwritten rules of football is that you don't base your attack on crosses unless your team is technically poor and your forward is very tall. crossing turns football into a chess game, where all players in the area are like pawns and the defending pawns controll the attacking ones. if you have a technical advantage, you lose it all.
of course that doesn't mean we shouldn't cross at all, but that, if anything, it should be crotone to attack massively with crosses, not us.
when we changed strategy we scored, simple as that. we were also close to scoring at the beginning of the match, when banega cut right into the area.
crossing was the last thing we should have done. i don't understand candreva and i don't understand who told him to do so.
your attack on crosses makes no sense. If done well its very effective. Just look at United under SAF, probably the best manager of all time. They constantly worked on playing the ball out wide and getting crosses into the box.
If it's a hit and hope into the cross fine. But when the team is playing to that gameplan, you have FB's supporting the wingers and midfielders making late runs into the box, crosses are very effective.
Yes but they had 3 players inside the box and 2-3 around and the crosser had plenty options. Here Candreva has only Icardi and Perisic surrounded by 5-6 defenders.
