I fully understand your argument. Look at the starting lineup today: Lukaku maybe gone, Correa out on loan or sold, Dumfries, clueless and gone, Brozovic probably gone, Onana rumored to be sold, Bastoni being "watched by P$G " asking for big contract. Mkhitaryan over used and getting older, Gosens probably gone, Barella off the boil and rumors of him being sold. How much motivation is going to work? If they don't care or aren't motivated then don't play them. Start Asllani, start Bellanova etc.
