we were much better when mancini switched back to 4 3 1 2 in the second half against rube after podolski's debut. so wee need to stick to it. too bad kovacic is absent. hernanes should fill his role then. it's time to try a duo of osvaldo-podolski. both moves well on the pitch. some additional benefit for us. icardi is still in form but benching him on this fixture shouldnt be a big deal.



i would love to see M Vila in the starting line up. he could be used to cover dodo's ass liability on defense. he needs another chance to prove himself, as kuzmanovic does. mancini has to be fair tbh, so no reason for m vila not to have it too.

expect to see shaqiri to make a debut in the 2nd half :slick:
