, that pass is the definition of play making. sure he's not perfect but he's more mobile than m'vila and was a b2b before coming here where we played with his position too much. i prefer guarin to kuz and m'vila, prob not over hernanes if he's available for the position. I think of m'vila as a slightly worse medel and as his backup, not his partner.

Just a single nice pass makes guarin a playmaker?, very ridiculous, even ranocchia makes that type of pass and I have seen many defenders that make better pass than guarin's and that doesn't automatically make them playmakers. In fact, guarin doesn't have the traits of a playmaker in him, a player with poor decision making is never a playmaker. Yes guarin 'WAS' a b2b midfielder before coming here but now he is not. Wake up dude, we're talking of the present not the past. Even, I was talking of a deep-lying playmaker not attacking playmaker(no 10 role), even though guarin is more mobile, mvila is more of an anchor than guarin and you can't deny that fact.

...which is shit. But sadly no evidence so far that Mancini will deviate from that cancerous midfield trio. Particularly Kuzmanovic who, after a couple of 'decent' games has reverted back to being shit. For fucks sake, I don't know why you'd repeatedly start a player who is without fail, the predictably first subbed off after another match of being consistently disastrous in defense and non-existent in offense.

Regarding Shaqiri, I'm not sure whether Mancini is the 'Mourinho' type who'd say something like "I don't think he's ready" then start the player becuz lols mind gaemz. But it was reported that Shaqiri completed a full training session with the squad. So who knows.

Either way, we've come off a good comeback against Juventus at their home ground, and despite the sour taste of the Osvaldo incident, the mood in the camp and amongst fans is generally quite good due to the excitement of the new signings. We're also against Genoa who, although 5 points ahead of us, are a team we should be beating. Therefore I'd be disappointed if Mancini did indeed opt for that 'safe' lineup. I'd sooner see every other forward ahead of Palacio due to his current form. And I'd sooner play any other midfielder called up over Kuzmanovic due to his perpetually shit standard.
