The vibes are not great after a couple of draws. @CafeCordoba is busy banging coeds so @thatdude is back for the first time in a hot minute. We preview Bayern Munich and recap the disaster against Parma.

Nice depressing recap on the Parma match. You guys are correct the bench is not good enough and there is no one that could be a sparkplug to ignite some fire to recover from a 2-0 lead that dissolved to a draw and come back with a late winner. Inter loss the plot when they beat Lazio to advance in the Coppa, in retrospect they should have started the scrubs. No faith in the away match vs Bayern after the Udinese, the Milan and Parma matches, it will close but 2-1 Bayern. Napoli will beat Bologna because they know it's a big chance to gain on Inter. Lots of joy in the upcoming weeks, I suspect. NOT.

I was listening to (the far more entertaining & professional) Italian Football Podcast and they made a good point (you losers should try it):

Inter got it all wrong in the transfer season. They simply underestimated the toll that the longer season format would have on our aging team.

At some level it’s understandable as this was unprecedented, but we still got it horribly wrong.
