Yes you can, just because you cheer for one black player when you're up, it doesn't ensure you from being racist towards the same group o people. It happens in Milan & Juve aswell

Nine Inter Milan fans have been charged following clashes between rival fans during the Derby d’Italia last weekend

A group of Interisti managed to come into contact with Juventus fans after the Bianconeri equalised in a 1-1 draw at the San Siro and, thanks to CCTV images and eye-witness accounts, the trouble-makers were identified.

They will be banned from setting foot in a stadium throughout Italy again, much to the delight of the Osservatorio Nazionale sulle Manifestazioni Sportive, the government agency which presides over sporting events.

"The organisation expresses particular satisfaction for the work carried out by the Milan Police authorities, which has led to the identification of nine people charged with grievous bodily harm and with climbing over barriers," read a note from the Osservatorio.

"As a result, anti-social (DASPO) orders have been served and their fans’ membership cards have been revoked. The rapid identification of those responsible was made possible by the fact all tickets bear the possessor’s name, there is an efficient surveillance system in the Stadio Meazza, and there was the collaboration of numerous fans, who did not hesitate in sharing their views of the attack on tablets and smartphones.

"All of this confirms that our rigorous strategy is contributing significantly to making Italian stadia lawful venues."

Inter were punished for racial chants at the very same game with part of the stadium closed for their upcoming Serie A game against Fiorentina.
