Di Gregorio was an obvious fuck up but we could have still brought him back last summer if we wanted. Difference in price between Martinez and Di Gregorio was just 3m. We just chose to pass on him.
We did try and he chose Juve afaik, but to be fair, I don't think he's *that" good.

Giving up 4 goals from open play against a Juventus team that struggles to score goals at the best of times is insane.

Something seriously broken with the team at the moment. Shit mentality, unfit, lackadaisical, arrogant, etc.

Inzaghi has to get this team back to being serious. I hate to say it but I question if he can. The team doesn’t need a nice guy right now.
It's probably complacency. Happens to many teams after a season of winning comfortably. They come into the new season thinking they're too good for the others and have a hard time motivating themselves. That plus not being sharped physically and not having proper back ups could lead to what we are witnessing so far.

We have no money to buy decent keeper.
3 mil difference between getting Di Gregorio vs Nonexistent Josep Martinez.

Fuck Inzaghi for another failure pick. Picked him for his goal distribution and ball control and we all saw how it went with the preseason matches. That was one of his weakest attributes.

Sommer is slowing down but i don't blame him for having the Dutch losers in front of him to hold the wheel in the right direction to defend...and Bisseck was cooked epically by that wnb kid Turk Del Piero ...omg was that so bad
Scudetti are won by good defences...ours is far from good

I see some people made it an agenda for themselves to attack Simone if possible, just cause they made up their mind long ago... Man I don't know people can be this crazy and stubborn.

Inzaghi actually got the tactics and subs on point in this game, when Bisseck and Frattesi were subbed in, it was after Motta subbing out Fagoli etc. which indicated Jube sacrificed build up for more direct, thinking we will be sitting back.
We then proceeded to more high pressing and had so many chances for 5-2 and those are not luck, we failed to convert, then Yildiz for Valhovic was the beginning of our problem, but we had no one on the bench to counter it, DiMarco was gassed so we have no answers to it due to the bench if Carlos was not injured quite sure we can avoid it.

If you noticed all the 2 goals we conceded after 4-2 was the combo on Dumfries and Bisseck, but I will kot dive into it.

If there really were a thing to blame the coach, maybe keep Pavard in even with the yellow, but then people will come at him with pitchforks if Pavard end up getting sent off.
I have been a Simone advocate, there's nothing wrong with criticizing him. There was no reason for our back line to be that high when we were leading by 2 goals, both goals we conceded was from a counter.

People actually blaming Sommer :yao: its ok, everyone is overheated.
Especially that third goal, that was a well taken shot. Blame dumfries for not closing him sooner, Bisseck was on his left side yet he instructed him to cover his right side when Bisseck was so far away from the right. The right approach should have been Dumfries covering his right side with Bisseck covering the centre in the event that Yildiz would cut in. Abysmal defending as usual

time to start questioning Inzaghi. He's completely failed to get Inter back to our level last year. Lautaro needs to get dropped, this defense needs a LOT of work.
Always criticizing Inzaghi, whats your problem with him?

Sure, but that wasn't my point. My point was that he definitely deserves to be blamed for today's game. It was an art of disgraceful defending.

What the fuck was that? 10 more minutes and Gobbi were winning this game.

Our defense has been horrible since the begining of the season. No way we are winning something if we play like this. Last season Inzaghi was wondering which CB to use since all of them were amazing, now they are fucking pathetic.

Ok guys I feel like this the dumbest person in the world right now. For some reason I actually thought this game was at 20:45. So can you imagine I go on a betting site to check my tickets and I see the live score ticker showing Inter 4 Juve 4 FT. I check on twitter and the whole Interverse is going insane. I literally just missed the most entertaining Derby D’Italia in history. I’m a total fucking goofball.

You missed an absolute shitshow my friend. I wish I missed it in hindsight as well.

So who would you field instead DeVrij? DeVrij is not Inter's level, he should play for Breda in Netherlands right now. But who can we field instead of him? Our bench sucks big time. No money no music, plain and simple!

We definitely should have won this game if Lautaro showed up today.
He ran his ass off.

Just walking through Milano after the game after finally got internet. Don't know what's going on with signal on the stadium every time. Even 30+ minutes after it's not working.

Definitely don't agree with some of the takes here about the players but will need to watch game at home one more time. But this should have definitely be over after 4-2. We should have even scored one more at that time. It's ridiculous how we bring them back two times. It must be complacency. We played serious football, better football in few/most periods of the game and then out of nowhere we bring them back after being too satisfied and too careless with the current result.
