Can't blame handa and if any of you have played in Goal at a serious level would know deflections are unpredictable,

On a plus note kudos to the rest of team who did play a cracking game , even after we went 1 goal and man down...

Perisic and Brozo put in a serious shift

Shame it ended this way , hope spallo has learnt to relagate Santon to WATERBOY!!!!!

If we don't make CL. Whats new same again next season
See u on the flip side Ciao

There would be a lot to discuss, from the initial approach to Handanovic, the glorious comeback and the stoic resistance.
A wise man just summed it up (no half measures right now):

The worst refereeing and the two worst substitutions of the season in the same game

What a nightmare.

Apart from the loss and the way it went down, I fear for this being a huge morale fucker for us. We are getting pissed at eachother on this forum, imagine the players/coach and their disappointment. Truly hope they can pick it up again, because how small the chance may be, there is an still a chance to qualify for CL..

But man, Im at a loss for words, this shit truly sucks...

To be fair, its not like Inter had any decent options on the bench... Santon was terrible, but Ranocchia or Lopez don't inspire much confidence either. I blame Suning for not adding any depth to the team. Juve rotated their entire fucking defence, and still had bench players like Dybala and Bernardeschi after starting Higuain, Costa, Mandzukic and Cuadrado. In defence, they had Benatia, Hoewedes, Asamoah, Litchstiener on the bench. We had a choice between Santon or Frog or fucking Lopez. I can't fault Spalletti for this, its not like he had any real choice.

I do blame the ref, it was extreme bias which led to Pjanic not being sent off.

I applaud the Inter team tonight. Even with 10 men and a goal down, and a biased fucking ref, we took the game to Juventus. Loved the spirit of all the 10 starters. Fucking warriors all of them! Proud of them today despite the defeat.

I would be fine with a 10-man team that was on the back foot and taking it to Juve, if they were already leading 2 goals.

We lost a lead, which is where it stings the most.

He should've kept everything as it is. They could hold it for more minutes. They were determined to do it.

I don't know why people blaming Handanovic? First goal? That shot from free Costa from 5 meters?! Second goal? Skriniar deflection? You expect him to save this balls?!

Deflection or not it was shot from corner line and he moved , dude moved and let the ball in . Wach replay

Eder and Frog in - Perisic and Rafinha out. Simple as that.

With proper unbiased refereeing this had Inter win all over it. Shit happens, usually to Santon more often than others. At the end of the day you may blame Spalletti, Santon, Suning, luck, Icardi, Handanovic, Skriniar, Vecino, but it's Orsato who made the difference today.

I wonder when we will see the sex tape of Orsato with ms. Pjanic on PornHub or RedTube. I presume Miralem will let him go all the way after tonight.

Let's hope she's hot.

Bottom line = dont sub off both Icardi and Rafinha.

The team isn't strong enough to play well without one of them on the field. Taking them both off is like letting a toddler wander into a street without an adult.

So would your choice be to ignore that problem completely and pray for the best?

It's no wonder why you arent the coach on the bench there.

Between that and subbing off Icardi for Santon, why, yes.

No need for heated offences, mate, the day is already as shitty as it can get.

Juve rotated their entire fucking defence,.

And that was part of their problem. They defence looked like they hadn't played together before, and they basically haven't. While we and Napoli play with the same side every week. Both alternatives have downsides. Because clearly we and Napoli have lost games due to fatigue and lack of options (Napoli have a better bench, but Sarri likes continuity) , but Juventus' chopping and changing doesn't exactly build amazing chemistry.

This was pretty much the first game this season where I had hope, wanted us to win, was watching, etc.
And we threw it away. Vecino, WTF is this guy? Cancelo? What happened on the red card? Did ref review it and decide it was somehow a red card, from watching it in slo-mo?

I am going to watch a club that is investing in rebuilding properly, Mou United.
