Mkhi’s finishing is insanely poor in comparison to the rest of his game. Its honestly incredible.

No doubt partly related to aging and position/role change but since coming to Inter his goalscoring has just plummeted. When you look beyond the change in position and actually see how wildly poor his shooting is on a chance-by-chance basis, there's clearly more to it.

At Roma he averaged a goal every 4 games. At Inter, it's 1 every 14.

We are still not on full throttle, but it seems intentionally for me. Maybe, Inzaghi and his staff have prepared the team to be in top form at the middle of the season.
So, I except us losing some points in the first couple of rounds.

We got the job done, so I can't complain. Not the best performance though, but it's understandable, we still haven't reached optimal form, things will get only better IMO.

Lecce is complete garbage, but Inter was too cautious on themselves and didn't want to take any unnecessary steps. Plenty of room for improvement, but it's only second matchday. Pretty sure we're gonna roll the league very soon.

It’s got to be age. This guy was a great goal scorer (for a midfielder) his whole career.

Zielinski isn’t as good defensively but the thought of finally having a midfielder that can finish a sitter every once in a while is exciting.

I have to say Frattesi and Asllani are better than last year, even some old problems still exist.

Asllani still timid, hesitate with the ball when not in a pure attack phrase.
Frattesi is actually more involved in the build up, but first touch is a bit holding him back (his dribbling is good)
