I don’t want to jinx him but Candreva didn’t make one bad touch. He slowed things down at the end but everything else was good.
I will also admit I have a massive crush on Sensi

Called it lads, lol.

It would be easy to get carried away with such a good win and performance, but it was a home game against a newly promoted side. That being said we played brilliantly. Missing 2 of our 3 best defenders and both our strikers having played minimal preseason games. Midfield was so energetic and creative, Lukaku and Lautaro looked to be on the same wavelength even though neither of them looked overly sharp. Couldn't have asked for a better opening game!
