Funy thing about this season is that I am not nervous at all. I can see clear progres game by game. CL or not, this is true year zero and I hope that we will continue with same path.

Yes they can. In Italy, unlike England, players on loan are generally allowed to play against the club that owns them. IMO this is the right way. UEFA needs to ban the use of the clause that restricts players on loan from starting against the rich club which owns them - that is clearly in violation of running a fair league.

I hope they play... it will be good to see how well they do against Inter, they will be doubly motivated to impress Mazzarri. That said, this is a must win game for us. Our defense worries me, hope Campagnaro is back by them. Or perhaps JZ at RCB, I think that is probably the role which suits him the best at Mazzarri's Inter.

And what if those players are developed to be important Inter players in the future?? There's 2 sides to the coin.
It's fair this way, there are too many small teams who can't afford to remain in Serie A without loaned players from the bigger teams, that rule would just kill the small teams. This isn't England we're talking about where premiership teams are richer than than Serie A's bottom teams.

Well, Livorno are helping us develop those players, so why should they be deprived of these players when they play Inter? They wouldn't have taken 4 players from us if that was the case, and we could have had M'Baye & Duncan playing in Serie B or rotting on our bench.

I think Serie A has got this one right. In EPL, big clubs are loaning more and more players, Chelsea have 27 players on loan for example. It makes the competition unfair, for eg Everton cannot use Lukaku against Chelsea, while they can use him to gain points from Chelsea's competition. That IMO goes against the spirit of the competition.
