It's very simple.

Both team and apparently some fans need to get their shit together.

From what I saw so far everyone in the team is saying right words after this defeat.
I d agree if hakan did not say in his post game interview after the last match that we cannot let games slip like the jube game and we have to be better in big games and then we show up with this performance.....

Again it s probably no big thing but it is the 3rd big game this season where imho we re throwing the game away

Well we will know soon enough since the next derby della Madonnina is right around the corner, it's in early February.

They were saying the same after September loss. Facta, facta, non verba!
Of course. But even saying right words is a step in right direction.

Most important thing now in January is to continue with Serie A wins and secure top 8 in CL. Time for a revenge will come very soon.

My biggest concern is how to achieve that revenge. Not optimistic at all.

Less than a month, we have to collect max points in January if we want to at least maintain the position at the top3 with those 2 games in our hands

Don't have one.
I wouldn't even put the last night game into any sort of bracket of wins, losses and draws. In my mind, it just doesn't represent the season. It's a fucked up competition in a different continent in the middle of the season. The loss was painful, but the whole format is so unnatural that I have to view it as a completely separate thing. We'll see from Venezia onward how the rest of the season goes, coz that's an ACTUAL season.

yeah the same they said after juve, after milan, after napoli... can't accept that so easily, after a derby supercup final, especially with the way we lost, it's just not acceptable. Sadly i was not wrong at the end, this team has still problems, this is not what we have seen last season, some things reminds me of the first Inzaghi years. Sure we were unlucky with the Thuram and Cahla injury this time, but we can't fall appart everytime some important players are missing. There are still other players that can do the difference. I already said that, we will get problems soon, at February we are fucked with all that games. We did a great job after the 4-4, until the game of yesterday. I don't want to bee too pessimistic, but i want to be realistic. It's going to be a hard time, scudetto could be difficult.

We conceded 8 goals without Hakan against Juventus and Milan this season. We conceded late goal against Milan in both games with Asllani and Frattesi together on the pitch. And Zielinski was there against Juventus.

Honestly I just don’t respect the way Milan play. They basically built a premier league style team of all fast players and just trying to pace abuse every team to death. There’s little to nothing to their play when Reijnders is off. It’s just get the ball to Theo Leao or Pulisic and run around.
And yet it works like a charm. Insufferable.

Conceicao has added some much needed steel to the blistering pace and skill they already have. Not to mention an injection of winning mentality far superior to ours.

Without exaggerating this current Milan might be one of the best teams of all time.

Any loss to Milan blows. But this is the least important match/cup to lose to them in.

Plus, silver lining, this game serves as great advertisement for Serie A. Almost 5 mill views on just 1 YT highlight. For me it's Top 5 trending video overall on YT, and I live outside of Italy.

The fact that we're playing in Saudi shows that this is just a glorified exhibition match to start with.

Great, so everyone saw how we shat our pants. Pathetic.

The speed of the Milan attacks meant our players couldnt get orgainsed in time - look at both goals - 4 or 5 inter players around the goalscorer but basically out of position and chaotic. Plus no Midfielders checking incoming runs. This is where we miss pace-y players!
