I'm pissed that we've lost to Milan yet again, but actually most of my frustration today came when I saw frog being caught outside!!! and saw Sneijder making some absolutely horrible passes!!! and saw Chivu on the field!!!! etc... I can take losing but i can't take this terrifying inconsistency in our performance. I felt that Gasp was treating this game as if it was friendly, trying different players and different approaches in such an important game. I just hope Gasp learnt a couple of lessons today and decides to effect some changes in the team and the game plan.

i just finished watching most of the match until the fucking prince doing karate kicks. i actually like how it went, i think this can work given the players have better fitness and more time to gel/understand the tactical requirement. weird. but still, please no more chivu.

In my Inter lose 2-1...in yours won????

Seriously i cant believe how the all good things what make the team change to bad in just 45 minutes...

because we changed tactics and it didn't work.

I support Gas all the way. This things takes process. All of this is about process. Just enjoy the process. Remember the struggles last season? We got over it and got into 2nd place. Not so bad. Sure we want to win. But we have to learn how NOT to win in order to know HOW to win.

I agree. I used to say to know what best is you must taste what worst is.

what should we do with coutinho when he comes back he should be in starting 11

He could be Wes's sub I suppose...

Its time we give our talented youngsters some play time...

Luc as Eto'o's Sub...

Obi should be in the starting 11 ahead of stankovic tbh...if we get another midfielder I would like to see Obi-Cuchu-New midfielder-maic...

Cou as Wes's sub...

couple of minutes in each match would be great.....and we can rest our key players as the season will be long and we need to stay competitive in all competitions....

Didn't see the match (had a poker tournament and lost 30 €)
But I heard we did good, except the beginning of the 2 half. We played withoud Lucio, Cambiasso and Maicon, so the most important thing is to know that we could get better and the team is on the right way.

Deki fouled ffs

This is what i screamed when AC scored the equaliser. Now that i've watched the replay it is even clearer that we should have had a free kick for Deki just before Ibra scored ! Referee even put his whistle in his mouth but did'nt blow .................... FUCKEN RIPPED OFF

I am just not clear why everybody keep saying we played a good first half.

We had ball control and that was it. After Sneijders goal we declined and stopped playing football. We were lucky not to get the equaliser in the first half. Milan continued the second half like they ended the first half, it is not like Inter suddenly became bad in the second half.

If it wasn't Sneijders genuis goal we wouldn't have scored probably the entire match cause our attacking was non existent. We didn't came close to a goal opportunity and I wonder if people would talk that positiviely if Sneijder hasn't scored.

Second I couldn't understand Gasp, his tactics and his subtitutions. Does he want us to play like a midtable team against a big team? Sit back and defend? We let Milan do what they can do best: attack. We didn't exploit their shitty midfield and defence.

But hope remains. Hoping Gasp uses the team like it should be used and the players like they should be used in a formation that suits Inter and their players. Hoping that Cuchu Maicon and some quality reinforcements that help us right away take us out of this coming mysery.

No Milan player
As an Inter fan, we need to see the bad side of our team: fighting spirit. Before Mourinho and during lots of Mourinho matches, players walk and play sleepy during the match. The derby yesterday is not an exception.

During Mourinho era, we improve a lots in terms of fighting spirit. We won several matches after being leaded by the opponents. Then it declines during Benitez. Leonardo is a good coach in boosting the player spirit but unfortunately is not as good in tactics. Now comes Gasp, and I doubt that he is the coach strong in motivation.

Besides the coach, the captain and senior players like Cambiasso and Deki are very important to push players. JZ is an Inter legend. But IMHO, he is not the type of captain who pushes players. Milan's Gattuso looks very stupid compared to him. However, Gatusso would kill someone who does not give his best to the team. Another examples is Victor Valdes, who is crazy sometimes but it makes the team better for the fights.

Do not forget that Mou always do crazy things, sometimes sounds stupid, but it it intelligent stupidness, which constantly put player under force to fight for the team.

For me, the current environment of Inter training, changing room, captain, coach has nothing positive to have better fighting spirit. It is too static, too gentlemen. Deki is the one i would made him to be a captain but unfortunately he is not the starting material.

I didn't see the match so I ask how was our defensive game? Was the defence line high or not? How our midfield supported the defence and attack?

Well judging only the 1st half it looked like a very studied aproach by our manager.
Ranochia and chivu were always pressing high milan strikers not leting them control the ball with samuel covering up them (btw ranochia did a great job marking 1 on 1 ibra) while the 5 midfielders were all behind the line of the ball covering up spaces with sneijder and eto'o pressing the defenders . This delivered great results where especially alvarez as a LCM and obi recovered many balls in the line of midfield doing some good counter attacks or just holding possesion .
Than in the 2nd half i don't know what the fuck happened and nothing worked ???????

The second half we switched to 4411. Obi as LM and Alvarez RM. Chivu as LB and JZ as RB. Motta as DM and Deki as CM. It was a suicide.

Good points...They dont have just Gattuso on this approach. Seedorf was showing Abate's mistakes during first half when the game stopped. They discussed a bit on it.

Did this happen while we were leading? If so why in the hell would you change your formation when you're in front and have things under control??

Because he thought he`s still coaching Genoa, a midtable pathetic team who can barely snatch a victory out of a big team. he has the midtable team coach mentality after all.
