Jovetic is gonna have to hit form straight away.
Most of the posts here show panic like these games are indication for this season. Again, with Mazzarri our preseason was much better and it ended with worst Inter ive seen.Nobody is panicking. We're just commenting on our tour and the truth is that it's been shit.
You know you got truly spanked when your goalkeeper was your teams best performer but you still lose 3-0.

Okay, this tour was a complete failure in EVERY SINGLE ASPECT.
Zero goals, 3 pathetic performances and well, from the marketing point of view, I can bet we failed there too. Sort your shit out fashionista mop-head, less dai dai and more tactics.

That is not how marketing works. Its a slow and steady process, a friendly won or loss is almost irrelevant.
Yeah, the football was poor but that is expected so early in the summer. But this tour was a good thing for the Inter brand irrespective of football. Do you really think Thohir planned this trip imagining that we will thrash Real Madrid and Bayern Munich to help with marketing purposes? No. This was to stay relevant in China, where we have a big following even now. This is for our fans to get a chance to see Inter, get a few autographs, and see our club still being associated with super clubs like Real & Bayern. That is marketing. No one cares about the results of a few friendlies - it helps if your team plays great football, but we all know we are not there yet. It is important to be there, and from that point of view we have achieved most of our objectives for this tour including the financial ones.
If we had gone to China and beat Chievo 5-0, that would have helped much less than losing 3-0 to Madrid. Its about brand association.
From what I did read we didn't do that bad.
