Ppl here have a tendency saying mancio utterly don't know what to do with his tactics. How IF mancio actually have briliant and winnable tactics in his pocket - though inbred tactic and rigid- but unfortunately our player couldn't interpret what he really wanted to do smoothly. For instances, player like hernanes who was ordered to make proper pass, but being slipped on his fatty ass before completing his task, or nagatomo who was told to cross well, but being crazy about dribling to the wing even close to sideline, holding ball to long then make reckless pass to icardi or pass backward and for the remnants who was declining or losing his self-confidence since mazzari era.

That is why, from what i've seen, he really really want to recast almost of our squad composition, by expelling or benching some of the players who couldn't settle with his winnable formation nor his tactics.

I wouldn't mention that top coaches like mourinho, ancelloti, or van gaal who could moan and threat everyday to be given high profile players. Even miha, montella, simone and allegri would face trouble to deal with such players. Perhaps we would say, at least they could lead to europe league. I swear if mancini did the same, we'd still be grumbling for not placing into champion league.

Honestly, this preseason isn't looking all that great, but I don't think it'll really matter once the season actually comes. Look at last preseason, we played amazingly, dodo looked like a star, and vidic seemed like the snag of the century. Once the season actually started, very few things that we thought during preseason turned out to be completely unreliable.

Whether we're 'playing like shit', 'not getting performing up to standard', or even 'not experimenting' I personally have the (possibly delusional) optimistic opinion that this team is good surprise us.

We have a relatively young, and exciting core of players in jovetic, kovacic, kongdobia, icardi, and shaqiri, and I'm gonna wait till the season starts before I start calling for anyone's head (I.e Hernanes, Dimarco)

The team can definately surprise many, especially if Icardi stays focused and motivated and if the defence gets in sync quickly. We have to wait now for the start of the season. Every big team in Italy have new starters, so we are not the only ones that will need time to sync.

I was really looking forward to seeing another new signing vs Gala, be it Jovetic, Perisic or even Melo. However it doesn't look like that's on the cards. So we will see essentially what we've been seeing thus far during preseason. Frustrating Hernanes, disinterested Palacio, etc.

Still hope to see some improvements in our midfield play.
