Don't have one.
I'm curious more than anything regarding this game. People often throw "this is the real test" line before almost every game, often half jokingly, but for me this is a huge test for us to see where we are, especially cuz this is basically the first serious opponent inzaghi faces. So it will be fascinating to see how we stack up.

I watched the Real - Celta Vigo match yesterday and honestly Real has got a lot of fire power up front. Vinicius is on fire at the moment. Hazard is fit again. Benzema is Benzema.

Their defence is definitely not as strong as it was last year and we really need to take advantage of that. I would be very happy with a point tbh.

Honestly I think a draw is the best we can get out of this.
Eh... granted, we need to improve, but that Real Madrid side is nothing special either. They lost key players just like we did and are also going through a transition. Definitely beatable at home.

If Bastoni isn't ready to start, i would go for Darmian instead of Dimarco as lcb. I also wouldn't mind Vidal starting alongside Brozovic and Barella in midfield. Hakan has disappointed in the last two matches and Vidal's physicality could be more needed in midfield. I would certainly go for Correa over Dzeko.

We can win this. Players like Barella and Lautaro always do well in these big games, our defense is shaky, so is theirs, if Brozovic decides to drop his Kuzmanovic act and actually plays like Brozovic we can do this.
Also bench Dzeko for Tucu.

We should play with one striker like first, our best game, against Genoa. Instead mr. Glass we should play Correa and Lautaro instead Dzeko.

I am really looking forward to this game, always looking ahead in life as I do as a supporter. Brush of the last game and stay positive.

Dumfries should start this game however I see Darmian, we should not rotate to much. Surely it will be a straight forward line up with no surprises. I can see the same team playing that started vs Sampdoria. Either way, I'll have my nacho's and soda ready to cheer on the lads from start to finish, Inzaghi can be a game changer for us in Europe, change that mentality.

Dzeko is a big game player himself, I wouldn't drop him. But he should be subbed earlier in Serie A.

Dzeko and Vidal need special rotation treatment if we want to take the best out of them. They're also supposed to be big game players. Vidal hasn't shown that with us so I guess we shouldn't hope a big performance from Dzeko either.

I think we can sacrifice Hakan for Vidal in the starting lineup here, if the Chilean is fit. Main concern is their midfield bossing us, hopefully Vidal doesn't decide to channel his inner kung fu again.

Having the option of adding Correa, Sanchez (?) and Hakan from the bench is something that we could exploit, whereas having Vidal as a substitute wouldn't generate as much.

But I suppose Vecino will end up playing and probably even scoring :D

Anything can happen when it comes to this sport.

I can see us grabbing a late winner and can just as easily see us conceding early and end up losing 2 or 3 to 0. Just depends on how we come out and get after it from the opening whistle.

I would be dead drunk, only proper way to watch this game.
It's a little early in the week for me to do that.;) Hope we get a least a point out of this. Like the idea of a single striker to help shore up the defense, Lautaro and Correa should start. If we pull off a victory I might get deep in my cups! FORZA INTER!

dzeko is basicly inters benzema with different responsabilities but if he plays this game he basicly has to play in front of goal no more goi8ng to mid field this is not genoa or hellas or samp here our mid has to play with initiative and take charge in mid strikers can go and start taking space in mid then why even have midfield if striker has to go there

i believe we will win this game. Real is no longer that superior even though a draw is the most expected result.

I feel like the main reason Vidal has impressed so far is that his situational use has been well-applied. He came on against Genoa and Verona while we were either leading or in the ascendancy and was able to impose himself on the opponent.

I felt he was completely anonymous against Samp though. Admittedly we had lost any semblance of control in that game (mainly due to Sensi's injury of course) but Vidal didn't correct that course in any meaningful way.

He also just played three full games for Chile during the national break. Considering his age and his recent fitness history, that alone makes me question how much gas he has in the tank at this point - even if he only played 40 minutes vs Samp. I fear starting him is a risk. Rather, I'm not sure if it's right to want him to start based on two positive cameos against Genoa and Verona. IMO he's still an unknown quality at this point.

That said, I'm not exactly arguing against his starting either - only expressing my concerns. That said, fuck Calhanoglu. It's time for the REAL Vidal.
