Bayern away game in 2011
Juventus cup game (3-0 deficit, almost completed the task) with Mancini
Lazio game away for CL qualification

Unfortunately the list is too small, but it's better than 'never'. Hopefully it eventually grows.

There was no pressure in the Juventus cup game as we were basically out so we had nothing to lose. In the Bayern game we were still running on fumes from treble season winning mentality. I will give you the Lazio game.

Alright, this is possibly the last big or important match for us this season. Let's see how we bottle it.

I'll mostly miss the match due to the late time. And thank you Daylight Savings for further making it worse. There's no way I'm screwing up tomorrow waiting up for this match.

Sky predicts Gags in first 11. Nice. Is there more predictable first eleven in Europe right now?

Take out the Gagliardini "not playing at all" scenario, would you rather..

See Gags subbed on?

or

Gags start the game?

Its good to have impact subs who can make a difference in a game, I think i'd prefer him to start.

We also had that Tottenham home game where Cassano bossed the game and almost won if Cambiasso's shot didn't go marginally wide. Comparable to the Juventus game.

I think it's more to do with team character and grit rather than handling pressure.

We rarely had any pressure because we didn't put ourselves in that position. And even in my two examples, we ended up losing (PKs and away goal). Lazio away game was the first time we had real pressure on us, like a final, but we did lose the Sassuolo game a week prior and were only allowed to have this moment of pressure due to Zenga's Crotone biting Lazio's ass.

We also failed vs PSV and vs Barcelona B when there was pressure and that's quite recent.

Why take out the "not playing at all" scenario when it's the most sensible one?

I would love to see Gags everywhere, except Inter. Imagine Gags playing tonight for Real,or for Jube,or Milan,Bayern? We would win everything.

A game that we must win and I hope with 1: 0 2: 0 or 2: 1 in any case a victory with 2 differences is on our side, on the other hand I hope that the Germans will beat Shakhtar or at least a draw, then everything is over in our hands, the goal difference and the mutual matches I think will decide in the end.

2-0, Kaku and defender header (bosstoni or skriniar) from a sexual cross from Hakimi

Would be awesome but Skriniar is literally the only CB in the entire squad who did not score last season :D Every one of Ranocchia, D'Ambrosio, Bastoni, de Vrij and Godin scored. Only Skriniar didn't. Bastard actually hasn't scored since 2017/18.

Yes. Either a 2+ goal win, or a 1-0/2-1 win means we have the aggregate "win" over Real Madrid on the benefit of two away goals. Of course, even with this rather-decrepit Real Madrid attack these days, we can't even hold the Parma's and Torino's of the world under two goals at home, so I'm just a bit skeptical about being able to do that to Real Madrid, I'm afraid.

Anyone watch Lazio v. Zenit? Goals scored from outside the box.

Too bad Inter doesn't have quality midfielders who can score from outside the box. Eriksen, N9?

A boring draw implies a 0-0. There's no chance this Inter can keep a clean sheet against Real. We can only hope Inter are going to score more goals than they concede.
Boring draw is any draw to me.3 points are imperative. No excuses.

He's clearly demotivated. We need to sell him asap!!11!!one!1!!eleven!

I honestly think that some FIF members will legit pull this "argument" out when the time comes to bid farewell to Skriniar.

Zidane: 'Conte a real leader'

Failure to win would effectively eliminate the Nerazzurri from the running for the Round of 16.
“We know how important this game is and we are ready,” insisted the coach in his press conference.

Real Madrid made the trip without key players Sergio Ramos and Karim Benzema, so Mariano Diaz seems likely to start.
“He has proved on the pitch what he can give us. We know how important Sergio is for us, but we can’t just stop because he’s injured.

“It’ll be like a Final tomorrow, we will be made to suffer, but approach this with the right mentality. This is football, there are moments when you feel strong and everything you try comes off, then other more complicated times when you have to roll your sleeves up. It’s not just at Real Madrid, but every team gets that.”

Real Madrid were held to a draw by Villarreal in La Liga at the weekend and struggled to beat Inter 3-2 in the Champions League last time out.
“We had been in front against Villarreal until the 74th minute, so it wasn’t that bad. We are concentrated and I am not a fatalist. Our future is in our hands and we are working to improve.

“There are many games to be played, it’s not easy with no real time to prepare, but there are no excuses and we’re all in the same boat. We always aim for the victory, no matter the circumstances, so we’re certainly not going there for a draw. There is an element of risk in every Champions League match, but we must always try to win.”

There have been some reports that Isco wants an exit, potentially in an exchange with Inter midfielder Christian Eriksen.
“Isco is with us, he is our player and we’re happy to have him.”

Zidane was teammates with Antonio Conte during their time together at Juventus.
“He was my captain, a real leader on the field. I always had a good rapport with Antonio and I still do.”

Big game ahead and don't worry FIF I am here to help. Here are a few things that are crucial to remember for tonight.

1) Gags will start. Its better to just accept it now instead of rage later. I don't want it to happen either but lets be real Radja and Eriksen don't want to be here and I think we've only ever started with Alexis, Lautaro and Lukaku once so thats not gonna happen against Real Madrid.

2) We're not gonna be up 5-0 at half time so pls save the Conte Out posts for after the game and not during

3) Brehme will still claim Lukaku is shit even if he scores a wonder goal tonight so save your breath and don't engage in pointless discussion with him

4) And last but certainly not least a football game is say it with me 90 minutes long!!!! This is going to be a tight close contested game, with Skriniar De Vrij and Bastoni we shouldn't be leaking too much at the back so we'll definitely take a last minute set piece winner if need be. So support the boys until the last minute ( even if we go 2-0 down again)

I think that tonight will be the final exam for Conte.

If he fails for the second year in the champions league group, he must put his fucking face in front of cameras apologysing with all Inter supporters!

Apologysing is not enough imo. He should quit.

Conte just doesn’t get it. Or he does and just doesn’t give a fuck because in the end, he’s getting paid by a club he probably secretly loathes in his blackened gobbo heart.

I’m not really expecting 3 points regardless but if Gags starts, its mission impossible.
