Zhang's Ok
We restart again next year, this is not a season to be thrown away, we still won two trophies, Inzaghi built a good game with this squad, hopefully we learn from our mistakes and come back stronger next season.

No interista should ever say this. Juventus are pure scum.

No, I agree with him. Fuck Juve, of course, but Juventus winning the Scudetto is like the Yankees winning the World Series in that they already have so many more than you that you're never going to catch them anyway so, to a certain extent, it almost doesn't even matter. Our retarded cousins, on the other hand? It took 10 g-ddamned seasons for us to finally pull ahead of them in the Scudetto count, and here we are, one season later, and once again we're stuck level with them. It would've been nice to finally get some separation from them, at least for a little while, and we couldn't even last one whole season without throwing that away. And we're the ones responsible for giving it to them, at that! The fucking derby in February. Even a draw in that game leaves us in control of things if all results since stay the same. Nope, lose that game, six-point swing in their favor, and the tiebreaker to boot. No one but ourselves to blame for all of this.

Dont blame coach and players blame fkn owners.

You can blame them for the lack of squad depth or proper Lukaku replacement but it wasn't Suning who played like shit against Bologna

That's it.Took the words from my mouth. Watch them win that second star before us. I couldn't handle that.

Beating Juve in both cup finals was something special to me and I thank the whole team for that!

I have a positive feeling that this experience will turn in something good and with Inzaghi we can fight for many scudettos and tryphys and nights like these will be forgotten! Forza Inter and I’m waiting to summer merecato :interscarf2:

Good season my fellow Interisti. Unfortunately sometimes the luckiest team wins. Hopefully sunning doesn't dismantle our team and we go again next season. Forza Inter per sempre 🖤💙

It is what it is. Milan with an 86 point season is an over-achievement. It was there for the taking, but an 84 point season for us isn’t a disaster considering we lost 3 crucial players and our coach. I think too many here downplayed the effect it would have on us.

Still, 2 finals wins, both against Juventus. More CL football next year.

If we can be smart in the summer I’m sure we can still be very competitive (domestically) next season.

Nice season overall, the dip in performance and lack of decent support in the winter didn't help, hopefully Gosens will be great. Aiways tough to repeat as Champions in a competitive league, Inter had their chances but fell short. Oh well, let's see what the summer brings and be ready to cheer and bitch again in September.

i am mature enough to accept reality. i dont want to waste my energy crying about Scudetto. Certainly there is regret on fixtures like in derby, against Genoa, Fiorentina, Sassuolo, and Bologna. I would say maybe it is Inzaghi's first big stage and for some players as well. This experience will help them to grow. Even Klopp needs 2 or 3 seasons to change Liverpool into a powerhouse. However, this season is far from failure. Winning 2 trophies is not easy especially with dismantled squad. Big appreciation to all the boys even for Radu.

Hopefully all the FIFers here are doing well. see you again next season.

Fuck Theo Hernadez, fuck Cuadrado the cunt, and fuck Rubentus.

i feel another group stage knock out coming
Naah, pot 1 is great but you eventually need to win some games against better teams to get that coefficient up and to go further.

Players got a massive standing ovation after the game and stayed out on the pitch for a long time. Hopefully they come back stronger next season.

Now to take the scudetto loss in my stride... or do I go get some eggs to chuck at these Milan bastards honking their horns in the middle of the city...😤

They were solid and clutch. Not lucky. Jeez, I get it, losing the title to them sucks, but let's not act as if we had the title stolen from us. Now, indeed, I hope suning does realise we're not above the league and doesn't sell key players once again.

Lazio winner - marusic and acerbi absolute fuck ups in the 90th min

Fiorintina winner - fiorintina keeper fucking passed it to Leao.

Sassuolo - all three goals were gifted. Every single goal today Sassuolo lost possession basically in their own box, trying to dribble past players rather than get rid of the ball.

There's no doubt there was luck involved. You need luck to win titles, and they got it.

Does anyone have a video of the post-match reaction from the fans? They seem to be real classy this time

I agree 100%. Who would care if Juve have 36 or 37 Scudetti. But it was so nice having one scudetto more than Milan.
