According to GdS, the game could be played on the same day as Juventus-Napoli.

Sounds like a good, if horribly stressful, Wednesday night to me.

I'd gladly field Handa, De Vrij, Dambrossio and Vecino waiting for Sassuolo players on the field and force handshake Sassuolo players with embraced hugs and french kisses. Let's see who's going to forfit now motherfuckers.

Radu had inter debut back in 2016 vs sassuolo

Which is why I said "first start" and not debut.

Another negative in all of this is that we don't get our weekly Inter fix for a while now :( #FuckCOVID

If this was going to happen we're fortunate that it's happening now. However, that doesn't reduce the risk this poses. This could seriously derail our season if a few players struggle to recover. Here's hoping everything goes smoothly.

Also, I'm basically certain that Sassuolo will try and force a forfeit (unsuccessfully).

if they want to risk that one (or more) of their players gets covid, then yes

it's exactly why the match gets postponed. There is not enough time to make tests. There could be easily more Inter players with Covid. De Vrij was tested negative yesterday. Imagine Inter-Sassuolo would be played already yesterday. We don't know who's getting positive and there is not enough time to make enough tests before the game. The game would be played if our last positive player was tested (example) monday. But after Handa and now De Vrij - Vecino, it's expected that some more players could have covid.

Anyway, FcInterNews said that the Lega will make it official in the next hours

How short-memory those guys have?!? Where the hell were the Milan fans when we didn't have half the starting XI and they snatched 3 points?

Now all crying coz coz Inter aren't forced to play  We DID play, main reason why Milan were able to win, jesus.

Yeesh fucking COVID. This postponement is a blessing IF none of our key players who tested positive (I suspect they’ll be a few more over the next day or two) have any lingering issues. On the other hand, it would be an absolute nightmare if say, Barella or Lukaku was laid low for the rest of the campaign. Cross our fingers I guess.

These guys are fit athletes and they most likely will not have a problem recovering. It may sound sensitive but I'd rather have them get it now and have enough time to recover rather than going to stupid ass international break and get it on the road.

I hope for speedy recovery for the boys.

You would assume so but hakan has looked a shell of himself, dybala was unwell for months. Saint maxim of Newcastle as well was really badly effected for months.

Many our players who already infected Covid before have higher resistant than other.

I forget whose are already infected? maybe Gagliardini, Skriniar ?

+ Bastoni, 9n ( who is not here anyway), Radu. I think there was 1 or 2 more.

Young, Brozo, Kolarov, Hakimi (for two days only lel).

However, Bastoni and Skriniar surely didnt get affected seeing their performances. I think it may have affected Brozovic a bit.

If the outbreak will stop now and the nationals stays in Milano for fortnight, it would be no less than dream scenario. 3 weeks without official games, 2 weeks to work on our weaknesses while Milan and Juventus players are traveling over europe with their teams? Its way better than playing tomorrow and sending everyone to their nationals.

Lets just hope it will remain with 4-5 positives.
