How do you pick pirlo when he hardly play for us and when he did he was poor??

lol killy pirlo burdisso were utter jokes and recoba,cruz nd maxwell i just put in to make a quick team my real team is this;

Here's my team:

J.Cesar; Maicon, Cordoba, Samuel, Chivu; J.Zanetti, Cambiasso, D.Stankovic; Cruz, Vieri, Ibrahimovic.

For me, it was a duel between Toldo and Cesar, but we won with Cesar, on goal, so much.

Materazzi missed out, but Cordoba and Samuel formed extraordinary partnership. We have always had that weak left side, and Maxwell was very good, but Chivu is just great, he is no Maicon, but you won't go pass him, that's for sure.

From our poor midfield, this was a resonable choice. I won't spend words on our legendary captain, because there aren't the right ones to describe him. Cambiasso is probably the most inteligent player we had in a last 10 years and he deserves to be our next captain. Dejan Stankovic made his way also, as he is known as a "Derby hero", and he performed very well overall, playing in many roles and playing quite well, considering that he is not a playmaker, nor a winger(as he played some time under Mancini).

In attack, Ibra & Vieri are natural choices, while Cruz really deserved his place. He was always there for us, scoring crucial goals and contributing to many victories. For me, he is a legend of Inter. Maybe others would include Hernan Crespo, fantastic player & profesional, but Cruz was the right choice, at least for me.

Well my midfield is a bit weird I know, but when picking a defensive midfielder, we have never had a good reliable defensive midfielder in the whole decade except Diego and Cuchu.

There will be a great deal of injustice for the striker, we had some great talents. Eto'o, Milito, Cruz, Oba, Adri, Ibra, Chino, and Crespo

simeone was a great player for us, i still remember all his assists to ronaldo in the 97/98 season, but i'm sure he went to lazio in 99, as part of the vieri deal, so he shouldn't be in your team of the decade!

Now I am in a really big trouble because we have never had a good defensive midfielder until Cuchu came

Edit: OK I have put Javier in DM and put Chivu as an entry to my team of the decade, although I have never seen Chivu as that addition to the squad that gave us an edge in anything since I have yet to see him be as a valuable asset to the team other than doing the bare essecials. He is good to our team and has helped solve our crisis in the left fullback positon, but nothing more, not like when he was in Roma and Ajax.

While I like this thinking, if we're basing this off of performance alone, Ibrahimovic has to be on the team imho. I don't want him on it, but I think he has to be there.

With regards to Ibrahimovic. Sure, he has achieved a hell lot for Inter and is one of the best in the club's history. But if you wanna play with Mou's 4-2-3-1, then his place in the team can't be confirmed. He needs to be a focal point of the club's offensive moves, and also work his ass off. I don't think he can co-exist with Milito or Sneijder in that line-up.

What I'm noticing from most people's formations is that you guys have been kinda short on proper trequartistas of late...I'm seeing things like I'mahomobitch and Recoba at #10. I think this issue has sort of limited inter's success early in the decade. Truly sad that you never had a Rui Costa, Kaká or never got the best out of Seedorf or Pirlo, although to be fair Pirlo isn't genuine #10.

I think the people placinf Sneijder at #10 are right despite him only recently coming to Inter and himself not being a true trequartista in the strictest sense. But Wesley has provided a sorely lacking dimension to your attack.
