It's very possible we could've capitulated after Cagliari equalized the other week if this was last season. We didn't, and instead we drove forward and got the win. It wasn't pretty but we won the war of attrition and ground out a deserved win.
Obviously, the season (and Conte's tenure) is very young and it's far too early to say he has or hasn't fixed things. But I want to see these shitters take it one game at a time and STOP surrendering easy points which could make all the difference at the end of the season.
Under Spalletti we were fragile, spasmodic and inconsistent. What I want most from this Conte team is progress and momentum. The best way to do that is to continue powering through weaker opponents. No more fucking "shock" losses at home to 19th placed Bologna's. No more fucking predictable shit results against bogey teams. It's time we start fixing that bullshit 90% loss rate against Sassuolo for example. And Udinese at home is a game we should easily win, unquestionably.
