I'd say pretty well. We've substantially increased our revenues over the last few years, reduced our losses quite a lot, and freed up a decent chunk of capital for investment in the market

unfortunately sporting results havent gone the way we wanted, but commercially we're a lot healthier than ever

i've worked at, or for, several companies now who've had to do similar things, and you always see the same pattern
